Claims (7)
- セパレータの両面に電極を備えた電極組立体、
前記電極組立体を内蔵するケース、および
前記電極組立体に連結する電極端子を備え、前記ケースの開口に結合するキャッププレートを含み、
前記キャッププレートは、
内部ガスを排出するベント孔を有すると共に、前記ケースの連結側にラウンド部を形成し、
前記ラウンド部は、
前記ケースの内部に向かって凹むように形成されると共に、第1曲率半径を有して前記ケースの内面に接線で連結する、二次電池。 - 前記キャッププレートは、前記開口の周囲に沿って前記ラウンド部を形成し、
前記ラウンド部に囲まれて前記ラウンド部の前記第1曲率半径に接線で連結する平面部を有する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ベント孔は、
前記平面部に形成される、請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極端子は、
リードタップによって前記電極に連結し、
前記キャッププレートの端子ホールにインシュレータを介在して設置され、
前記リードタップと前記キャッププレートの間に絶縁部材が設置され、
前記絶縁部材は、
前記平面部に載置される、請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部材の側面と前記ラウンド部はガス通路を形成する、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ラウンド部は、
前記第1曲率半径を有し、前記ケースの内面に接線で連結する第1ラウンド部、および
前記第1曲率半径よりも大きい第2曲率半径を有し、前記第1ラウンド部に連結する第2ラウンド部を含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記キャッププレートは、
前記第1ラウンド部で厚さが前記ケースの内部に向かって前記第2ラウンド部よりも急激に減少し、
前記第2ラウンド部で厚さが前記ケースの内部に向かって前記第1ラウンド部よりも緩慢に減少する、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
