Claims (2)
- 帯状ガラスを形成し、
前記帯状ガラスから上縁部、下縁部および2つの側縁部を有するガラスシートを分離し、
前記上縁部、下縁部および2つの側縁部のそれぞれに沿った応力を測定して、該各縁部のそれぞれの応力データを生成し、該上縁部、下縁部および2つの側縁部のそれぞれの応力の最大絶対値σmax top、σmax bottom、σmax 1、σmax 2を特定し、
前記上縁部および前記下縁部の応力データに、該上縁部および該下縁部の両端の応力を0とした二次曲線をそれぞれ適合させて、該各二次曲線の最大絶対値Qmax top、Qmax bottomを特定し、該最大絶対値Qmax top、Qmax bottomの最大値Qmaxを決定し、該最大絶対値Qmax top、Qmax bottomから平均値Qaveを決定し、
前記上縁部および前記下縁部の応力データから前記二次曲線をそれぞれ減算して、前記上縁部および前記下縁部のそれぞれの差分曲線を生成し、
前記上縁部および前記下縁部の前記差分曲線の振幅範囲の絶対値AR top、AR bottomを取得し、
前記上縁部および前記下縁部の前記差分曲線を下記式(1)の形に分解して、前記上縁部および前記下縁部の前記差分曲線の複数のフーリエ振幅項ai top、ai bottom(i=1〜k:kは所望項の数)を取得し、
前記ガラスシートを複数のサブシートに裁断し、該各サブシートを平らにして該各サブシートの面内歪みを測定し、該各歪みの代表値δmeas を決定し
前記各縁部の応力の最大絶対値σmax top、σmax bottom、σmax 1、σmax 2、前記上縁部および前記下縁部の前記二次曲線の最大絶対値Qmax top、Qmax bottom、前記最大値Qmax、前記平均値Qave、前記上縁部および前記下縁部の前記差分曲線の振幅範囲の絶対値AR top、AR bottom、並びに前記複数のフーリエ振幅項ai top、ai bottomのそれぞれに相関係数Mj(jは項数)を乗算した値の和が前記サブシートの面内歪みの代表値δmeas に等しいとみなす関係式に対して、多変量最小二乗回帰を実行することにより、前記相関係数Mjを決定し、
前記関係式および前記相関係数Mjを用いて、前記帯状ガラスから分離される後続のガラスシートのサブシートにおける面内歪みを予測し、
前記予測される面内歪みに応答して前記ガラスシートの製造工程を修正する、
各工程を有してなる、ガラスシートにおける歪みの最少化方法。
- 前記各サブシートの面内歪みを測定する工程が、前記平らにされた各サブシートに付与された基準マークと、前記平らにされた各サブシートを支持する平らな支持部に付与された基準マークとのオフセットを測定することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
