Description
図3及び図4において、1は本体に左右方向に回転可能に支持された断面非円形のクロスバー、2はこのクロスバー1を左右何れかの方向に回転させるトグル機構、3はこのクロスバー1に支持された可動コンタクト、4は右側の固定コンタクト、5は左側の固定コンタクトである。右側の固定コンタクト4は右側の電源端子6に接続され、左側の固定コンタクト5は左側の電源端子7に接続されている。また可動コンタクト3は負荷端子8に接続されている。

Claims (3)
- 可動コンタクトを備えたクロスバーを回転させ、可動コンタクトをクロスバーの左右両側に配置された固定コンタクトの一方に接触させる電源切替開閉器において、
クロスバーは左右に突出片を備えた非円形断面を有し、その回転角度は左右の固定コンタクト間における可動コンタクトの回転許容角度よりも大であり、
可動コンタクトの基部にはクロスバーが遊びを持って挿通される貫通孔が形成されており、この貫通孔の内部にはクロスバーの突出片を受ける段部と、可動コンタクトの中心軸方向に延びるバネ収納部とが形成されており、
このバネ収納部に圧縮バネを収納してクロスバーに可動コンタクトを弾性的に保持させたことを特徴とする電源切替開閉器。 - 可動コンタクトが固定コンタクトに接触した後、さらにクロスバーが回転することによりクロスバーの片側の突出片を可動コンタクトの段部から浮き上がらせ、圧縮バネが浮き上がった突出片を可動コンタクトの段部に接する位置に戻そうとする方向に可動コンタクトを押圧する力を利用して、可動コンタクトと固定コンタクトとの間の接触圧を生じさせることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電源切替開閉器。
- クロスバーをトグル機構により回転させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電源切替開閉器。
