Claims (2)
- プレス成型で安全弁(13)を形成した封口板(11)を、ケース(10)上方の開口(12)にレーザ溶接で取り付けたアルミ角形2次電池ケースにおいて、
上記ケース(10)の開口(12)を広げて、その広げた開口(12)に、安全弁(13)の受圧面積を大きくした封口板(11)を取り付けたアルミ角形2次電池ケース(10)。 - 上記開口(12)は、端部を外向きに折り曲げて広げたものとし、その先端を立ち上げて封口板(11)を取り付け、取り付けた封口板(11)とその下方に形成されたケース内への入口との間に隙間(d)を形成した請求項1に記載のアルミ角形2次電池ケース(10)。
