Claims (17)
- 本体部と、前記本体部から前記本体部の一端に沿って延在し、外周面を有するタブ部とを備える電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容する収容孔を有し、位置規制凸部を備えるケースと、を備え、
前記外周面は、前記収容孔の軸線の周りに延在し、
前記位置規制凸部は、前記タブ部に向かって突出し、且つ前記外周面に押圧され、前記タブ部を位置規制し、
前記電極組立体は、絶縁部材を更に備え、前記絶縁部材の少なくとも一部は前記位置規制凸部と前記タブ部との間に設けられており、
前記タブ部は、前記本体部から離れている第1の部分と前記本体部に接続された第2の部分とを有し、前記タブ部は多層構造であり、二つの隣接する層構造は、前記第1の部分における隙間が前記第2の部分における隙間よりも小さく、前記位置規制凸部は前記第2の部分に押圧されている、二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部材は、前記電極組立体の外周面を被覆するように前記収容孔の周方向に沿って筒状構造に巻回されている、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材の一部は、前記収容孔の軸方向において前記タブ部を超えている、請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、シート状構造である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記タブ部に押圧される前記位置規制凸部の面は、滑らかな曲面である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記位置規制凸部の断面は、円弧状又は三角形を呈する、請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記タブ部に押圧される前記位置規制凸部の面は、平面である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記位置規制凸部の断面は、台形を呈する、請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースの一部は、前記タブ部に向かって凹んで前記位置規制凸部を形成する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記位置規制凸部は、環状を呈し、前記タブ部の周りに設けられている、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースは、前記位置規制凸部の外部に外嵌嵌設され、且つ前記位置規制凸部と締り嵌めされる筒体を更に備える、請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記位置規制凸部の数は、二つ以上であり、二つ以上の前記位置規制凸部は前記タブ部の周りに間隔を置いて設けられている、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 第1の皿体と第2の皿体とを有するトップカバーを更に備え、
前記第1の皿体の直径は、前記第2の皿体の直径よりも大きく、
前記第2の皿体を超えた前記第1の皿体の縁部は、前記ケースの端面にオーバーラップされ、且つ前記ケースに溶接されている、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ケースは、筒状構造を呈し、且つ二つの開口を有し、前記トップカバーの数は二つであり、二つの前記トップカバーは前記ケースの二つの端部にそれぞれ設けられて対応する前記開口を閉鎖する、請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースは、円筒状構造である、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 筐体と、
前記筐体内に設けられた請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池と、
を備える電池モジュール。 - 二次電池を電源として用いる装置であって、
電気エネルギーを供給するための請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池を備える装置。
