さらに、結合部11の四層構造化により相互に重ね合わされた不織布層13と折り返し不織布層14bが接着剤により接着される構成であることから、接着剤の固化(固形化)により両不織布層13,14bを硬化させてこの点でもクリップ20の引き抜き耐力を高めることができる。
