Description
ところが、前記第1回路基板と前記第2回路基板との結合構造上、結合力が弱く、振動や衝撃などにより前記第1回路基板が前記第2回路基板から分離される心配がある。また、振動や衝撃などにより前記第1回路基板と前記第2回路基板が流動すると、前記第1回路基板と前記第2回路基板間を接続結合させるハンダ付け部にクラックが発生し、ショートが発生することもある。その結果、製品の信頼性が低下されるという不都合があった。

ステータ130の内側には複数の極を有するリング状の第1マグネット140が配置されて、その外周面がステータ130の歯133と所定間隔を有しながら対向する。
第1マグネット140の内周面には円筒状のマグネットホルダー150の外周面が結合され、マグネットホルダー150の内周面にはカバー115の第2貫通孔112を貫通した操舵軸側の入力軸320が結合される。
しかし、出力軸330は道路と接触する前記操舵輪側と連結されているので、道路と前記操舵輪との摩擦抵抗によって前記トーションバーにはトルクが発生する。前記トーションバーのトルクによって第1マグネット140とステータ130の回転角度は相違し、第1マグネット140の回転角度とステータ130の回転角度との差によって第1マグネット140とステータ130間で発生する磁場は相違する。
操舵角検知装置200は、上面が開放されてブラケット111の下面に結合されたケース210を有する。ケース210の下面には第3貫通孔213が形成され、第3貫通孔213を貫通して出力軸330が結合管123の内周面に結合される。
図示したように、第1回路基板160の一側端部及び第2回路基板250には相互対応するように形成されて相互挿入結合される複数の挿入突起161及び複数の貫通孔(Through Hole)251がそれぞれ形成される。即ち、挿入突起161と貫通孔251は相互凹凸形態に挿入結合されるので、第1回路基板160が第2回路基板250に堅固に結合される。
第1回路基板160と第2回路基板250のより堅固な結合のために、第2回路基板250には第1回路基板160の縁部を取り囲んで支持する支持部材180が設けられる。
支持部材180は、第1回路基板160の外形と対応するように一側が開放されたフレーム状に形成されて、第2回路基板250と接触せずに外部に露出された第1回路基板160の縁部を取り囲む。
以上、本発明の一実施例に基づいて本発明を説明したが、本発明が属する技術分野で通常の知識を有する者が本発明の技術的思想を外れない範囲内で変更及び変形したものも本発明に属することは当然のことである。

Claims (7)
- 操舵用複合検知装置において、
操舵トルクを検知するセンサが設けられた第1回路基板と、
前記第1回路基板と垂直し、操舵角を検知するセンサが設けられた第2回路基板と、を含み、
前記第1回路基板の端部には挿入突起が形成され前記第2回路基板には前記挿入突起に対応する貫通孔が形成されて、前記挿入突起が貫通孔に挿入結合されることを特徴とする、 操舵用複合検知装置。
- 前記挿入突起の外面及び前記貫通孔の内周面には銅箔が形成され、前記挿入突起は前記貫通孔に挿入されてハンダ付けされることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の操舵用複合検知装置。
- 前記第2回路基板には前記第1回路基板の縁部を取り囲んで支持する支持部材が結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の操舵用複合検知装置。
- 前記支持部材は、一側が開放されたフレーム状に形成されて外部に露出された前記第1回路基板の縁部を取り囲み、
前記支持部材の両端部側は前記第2回路基板に形成された結合孔に挿入結合されることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の操舵用複合検知装置。
- 前記フレーム状の支持部材の内面には、前記第1回路基板の縁部側が挿入される挿入路が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の操舵用複合検知装置。
- 前記結合孔に挿入された前記支持部材の端部側は前記第2回路基板にハンダ付けされることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の操舵用複合検知装置。
- 前記貫通孔が形成された前記第2回路基板には前記挿入突起の端部が接触支持されるパッドが結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6中何れか一つに記載の操舵用複合検知装置。
