Description

本発明はさらに、(a)オルト−フェニルフェノールまたはそのアルカリ金属もしくはアンモニウム塩と、(b)ヘキサヒドロ−1,3,5−トリス(2−ヒドロキシエチル)−s−トリアジン(HHT)とを含み、オルト−フェニルフェノールまたはそのアルカリ金属もしくはアンモニウム塩:ヘキサヒドロ−1,3,5−トリス(2−ヒドロキシエチル)−s−トリアジンの重量比が15:1〜1:15である、相乗的抗微生物組成物に関する。
嫌気チャンバー(バクトロン(BACTRON)嫌気チャンバー)内で、脱気滅菌塩溶液(1Lの水中に3.1183gのNaCl、1.3082mgのNaHCO3、47.70mgのKCl、72.00mgのCaCl2、54.49mgのMgSO4、172.28mgのNa2SO4、43.92mgのNa2CO3)が、油田から単離された嫌気性集団、主としてSRBで、106〜107CFU/mLの最終バクテリア濃度で汚染された。次いで、この汚染水のアリコートがNaOPP、DMOZ、またはNaOPP/DMOZ組み合わせ、NaOPP、トリスニトロ、またはNaOPP/トリスニトロ組み合わせ、NaOPP、HHT、またはNaOPP/HHT組み合わせで、様々な活性物濃度レベルで処理された。この混合物が40℃で24時間インキュベートされた後で、このアリコートにおいてバクテリアを完全に殺すための最小の試験殺生物剤濃度(MBC)によって、殺生物有効性が決定された。表1〜3は各殺生物剤およびそのブレンドの有効性、並びに各組み合わせの相乗指数をまとめる。

滅菌NaCl溶液(0.85%)が緑膿菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)ATCC10145および黄色ブドウ球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)ATCC6538で、約106CFU/mLの最終バクテリア濃度で汚染された。次いで、この汚染水のアリコートがNaOPP、トリスニトロ、またはNaOPP/トリスニトロ組み合わせ、NaOPP、DMOZ、またはNaOPP/DMOZ組み合わせで、様々な活性物濃度レベルで処理された。この混合物が37℃で24時間インキュベートされた後で、このアリコートにおいてバクテリアを完全に殺すための最小の試験殺生物剤濃度によって、殺生物有効性が決定された。表4および5は各殺生物剤およびそのブレンドの有効性、並びに各組み合わせの相乗指数をまとめる。
Claims (4)
- (a)オルト−フェニルフェノールまたはそのアルカリ金属もしくはアンモニウム塩と、(b)4,4−ジメチルオキサゾリジンとを含み、オルト−フェニルフェノールまたはそのアルカリ金属もしくはアンモニウム塩:4,4−ジメチルオキサゾリジンの重量比が2.86:1〜1:9である、相乗的抗微生物組成物。
- (a)オルト−フェニルフェノールまたはそのアルカリ金属もしくはアンモニウム塩と、(b)トリス(ヒドロキシメチル)ニトロメタンとを含み、オルト−フェニルフェノールまたはそのアルカリ金属もしくはアンモニウム塩:トリス(ヒドロキシメチル)ニトロメタンの重量比が15:1〜1:15である、相乗的抗微生物組成物。
- 前記重量比が12:1〜1:12である請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記重量比が10:1〜1:10である請求項3に記載の組成物。
