Description
図1は本発明の実施形態を示す断面図であり、1は周囲にヒータ2等の加熱源を備えた筒状加熱装置であり、その内部にはモータ3によって駆動されるスクリューコンベヤ4が設けられている。ヒータ2の種類は特に限定されるものではないが、例えば電熱ヒータである。このヒータ2によって筒状加熱装置1の内部は後記する所定温度に加熱される。

Claims (4)
- 有機性廃棄物を200〜700℃で炭化処理して得られたク溶性リン酸濃度が4%未満の炭化品を、周囲から間接加熱できる筒状加熱装置に導入して移送しながら、空気比が0.001〜0.2の低酸素ガス雰囲気中で、200℃以上、前記炭化処理の温度以下の温度で加熱処理することにより、ク溶性リン酸濃度が10%以上のリン酸肥料を得ることを特徴とするリン酸肥料の製造方法。
- 低酸素ガス雰囲気が、炭化品の移送方向とは反対側に流れるキャリアガスにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のリン酸肥料の製造方法。
- 有機性廃棄物が下水脱水汚泥を主としたもの、又は、下水汚泥にバイオマス原料を混合したものであり、その炭化処理の温度が200〜700℃であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のリン酸肥料の製造方法。
- 筒状加熱装置内部のスクリューコンベヤにより、炭化品を出口側に移送することを特徴とする請求項1記載のリン酸肥料の製造方法。
