Claims (6)
- 有機性廃棄物を原料として、可溶性のリン又はリン化合物を有効成分として含有する肥料を製造する方法であって、
前記原料を、タール成分を含む乾留ガスを向流方式で除去しながら、400〜600℃の低温度域で炭化する第一炭化工程と、
該工程から得られる一次炭化物を、タール成分を含む乾留ガスを向流方式で除去しながら、400〜600℃の低温度域で炭化する第二炭化工程と、
該工程から得られる二次炭化物を冷却する工程と、
を有する肥料の製造方法。 - 前記第二炭化工程は、極微量の酸素ガスを導入しながら炭化を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の肥料の製造方法。
- 前記第二炭化工程は、前記第一炭化工程よりも低い温度で炭化を行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の肥料の製造方法。
- 更に、前記原料を乾燥する前処理工程を有し、該工程から得られる乾燥物を、前記第一炭化工程で炭化することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の肥料の製造方法。
- 前記前処理工程では、原料の水分を10重量%以下に乾燥することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の肥料の製造方法。
- 有機性廃棄物を原料とし、可溶性のリン又はリン化合物を有効成分として含有する肥料を製造するためのシステムであって、
前記原料を400〜600℃の低温度域で炭化すると共に、タール成分を含む乾留ガスを向流方式で除去する第一炭化手段と、
該手段によって得られる一次炭化物を400〜600℃の低温度域で炭化すると共に、タール成分を含む乾留ガスを向流方式で除去する第二炭化工程と、
該手段によって得られる二次炭化物の冷却手段と、
を少なくとも備える肥料の製造システム。
