Description

各位置センサの第1のセンサ部材および第2のセンサ部材が、シリンダの軸に平行な軸に沿って相互に並進で移動するように構成され、第1のセンサ部材が、ボールジョイントリンクによってピストンに接続される同一の支持パレットと一体化されることを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 軸に沿って延びるシリンダ(1)内のピストン(2)の位置を測定する装置であって、該装置が、少なくとも2つのLVDT型位置センサ(3、4)を備え、各位置センサが、
ピストン(2)に連結された支持パレット(31)と一体の第1のセンサ部材と、
シリンダ(1)と一体の第2のセンサ部材とを備えており、
前記位置センサの第1のセンサ部材が、強磁性コア(20、40)を支持するステム(21、41)を備え、第2のセンサ部材が、変圧器(10、30)を備えており、
各位置センサの第1のセンサ部材および第2のセンサ部材が、シリンダの軸に平行な軸に沿って相互に並進で移動するように構成されており、
第1のセンサ部材のステム(21、41)が、ボールジョイントリンク(50)を介してピストン(2)に接続された同一の支持パレット(31)と一体化されていることを特徴とする、装置。 - ボールジョイントリンク(50)が、球形フランジ(52)内に支持された球体(51)を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 球形フランジ(52)が、第1のセンサ部材と一体である、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 球形フランジ(52)が、第1のセンサ部材と一体の部分(37)に圧着されている、請求項3に記載の装置。
- シリンダ(1)、ピストン(2)、および請求項1に記載の測定装置を備える、アセンブリ。
