Description

- 第1の活性化スイッチは、前記電気外科用エネルギーの供給源に第1の特徴的な信号を送達し、次に、該電気外科用エネルギーの供給源は、切断効果を生成する波形デューティサイクルを伝達し、第2の作動スイッチは、該電気外科用エネルギーの供給源に第2の特徴的な信号を送達し、次に、該電気外科用エネルギーの供給源は、融合効果を生成する波形デューティサイクルを伝達し、第3の作動スイッチは、該電気外科用エネルギーの供給源に第3の特徴的な信号を送達し、次に、該電気外科用エネルギーの供給源は、凝固効果を生成する波形デューティサイクルを伝達する、請求項8に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記強度制御器スライド上の各位置は、前記電気外科用エネルギーの供給源に特徴的な信号を送達し、次いで、該電気外科用エネルギーの供給源は、特定の作動スイッチに対応する前記波形デューティサイクルの強度を調節する、請求項9に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記強度制御器スライドは、複数の強度設定を有する、請求項10に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記強度制御器スライドは、2kΩで、約60mAの最小から約240mAの最大まで電流強度を変えるように構成され、かつ、適合されている、請求項11に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記強度制御器スライドは、2kΩで、約100mAの最小から約200mAの最大まで電流強度を変えるように構成され、かつ、適合されている、請求項11に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記強度制御器スライドは、前記電位差計が第1の位置に配置された場合、最小にセットされ、該電位差計が第2の位置に配置された場合、最大にセットされる、請求項13に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電圧分割器ネットワークは、前記ハウジング上に回転可能に支持されている、請求項1に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記電気焼灼器電極は、刃、ニードル、ループおよびボールのうちの1つである、請求項14に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記スライド電位差計は、該電位差計が前記電気外科用ペンシルのいずれの側からも動作可能であるように、前記複数の作動スイッチのいずれの側にも各一個、スライド可能に支持されている一対のナブを含む、請求項14に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記ハウジングは、その外側面に形成された凹部を含み、前記複数の作動スイッチおよび前記電圧分割器ネットワークのナブは、該凹部内に配置されている、請求項17に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記ハウジング上に動作可能に支持された成型ハンドグリップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記ハンドグリップは、使用者の手の疲労を減少させる形状および寸法を有している、請求項19に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。

- 第1のモード作動スイッチは、解剖効果を生成する波形デューティサイクルを作動し、第2のモード作動スイッチは、解剖および止血効果を生成する波形デューティサイクルを作動し、第3のモード作動スイッチは、止血効果を生成する波形デューティサイクルを作動する、請求項22に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電圧分割器ネットワークは、前記ハウジング上に、前記作動スイッチのいずれの側にも各一個、スライド可能に支持されている一対のナブを含む、請求項23に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電圧分割器ネットワークは、最小強度に対応する第1の位置、最大強度に対応する第2の位置、および、該最小強度と最大強度との間の強度に対応する該第1の位置と第2の位置との間の複数の位置を有する、請求項24に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電圧分割器ネットワークは、2kΩで、約60mAの最小から約240mAの最大まで電流強度を変えるように構成され、かつ、適合されている、請求項25に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電圧分割器ネットワークは、約100mAの最小から約200mAの最大まで電流強度を変えるように構成され、かつ、適合されている、請求項26に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電圧分割器ネットワークは、該少なくとも1つの電圧分割器ネットワークが最近位位置に配置された場合、最小にセットされ、最遠位位置に配置された場合、最大にセットされる、請求項27に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電圧分割器ネットワークは、該少なくとも1つの電圧分割器ネットワークが最遠位位置に配置された場合、最小にセットされ、最近位位置に配置された場合、最大にセットされる、請求項28に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電圧分割器ネットワークは、複数の離散強度設定を提供するように構成され、かつ、適合されている、請求項28に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電圧分割器ネットワークは、アナログ強度設定を提供するように構成され、かつ、適合されている、請求項27に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記作動スイッチの波形デューティサイクルは、前記少なくとも1つの電圧分割器ネットワークにより生成される強度における変化によって変動する、請求項27に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 前記強度制御器スライドは、各作動ボタンのために前記本体上に位置決めされている、請求項1に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
- 各強度制御器スライドは、電圧分割器ネットワークを動作させ、該電圧分割器ネットワークは、前記電気外科用エネルギーの供給源への別個の制御ワイヤ上に特徴的な信号を生成する、請求項33に記載の電気外科用ペンシル。
