Claims (16)
- 室内に空気流を発生させる送風機組立体であって、前記送風機組立体は、
インペラ及び該インペラを駆動して空気流を送風機組立体に引き込むモータと、
連続した内部通路を含むケーシングであって、前記内部通路が、前記空気流が急激な方向変化を伴うことなく前記内部通路に流入するように、前記インペラによって前記送風機組立体内に引き込まれる実質的に全ての空気流が前記内部通路に流入する接線方向の空気入口と、前記空気流の少なくとも一部分を噴出する少なくとも1つの空気出口とを有する、ケーシングと、を備え、
前記ケーシングは、その周りに内部通路が延びるボアを形成し、前記ボアを通って前記送風機組立体の外部からの空気が、前記少なくとも1つの空気出口から噴出される空気によって引き込まれる、送風機組立体。 - 前記内部通路は、前記接線方向の空気入口を含む入口部分、及び前記入口部分の下流に配置され少なくとも1つの空気出口を含む出口部分を備える、請求項1に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記入口部分は、前記出口部分の少なくとも一部の周りに延びる、請求項2に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記出口部分は、前記ボアの周りで連続的に変化する断面を有する、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記出口部分は連続している、請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記出口部分は略矩形断面を有する、請求項2から5のいずれか1項に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記インペラ及び前記モータは、前記入口部分の中に配置されている、請求項2から6のいずれか1項に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記入口部分は、前記インペラ及び前記モータを収容するインペラハウジング部分、及び前記接線方向の空気入口から前記インペラハウジング部分まで延びる導管部分を備える、請求項7に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記導管部分は、前記出口部分の周りに延びる、請求項8に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記導管部分はアーチ形の形状である、請求項8又は請求項9に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記インペラはインペラ軸の周りに回転可能であり、前記ボアはボア軸を有し、前記ボア軸は前記インペラ軸と実質的に直交する、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記インペラは、軸流インペラ及び混流インペラのうちの1つである、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記インペラの下流に配置されるディフューザを備える、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記ケーシングは、前記ボアを形成する第1の環状側壁、前記第1の環状側壁の周りに延びる第2の側壁、前記第1の環状側壁と前記第2の側壁との間を延びる上壁、及び前記上壁の反対側に配置される下壁を備える、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの空気出口は、前記下壁と前記第1の環状側壁との間に配置される、請求項14に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの空気出口は円形スロットを備える、請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の送風機組立体。
