Description

照合に十分であることができる。前の文章中で、「十分な量」および「十分に正確」は主観的言葉であり、閾値レベルを設定し得ることを示すだけのために使用されており、例えば、「十分な量」は、走査エリア内に存在する累積磁気強度または磁性粒子4220の数によって決めることができ、「十分に正確」は、照合結果での統計的信頼度の閾値であることができる。単一の参照署名に代えて、複数の参照署名を使用してもよいことが当業者には明らかである。
Claims (24)
- 識別されるように構成されたタグまたは物体を識別する読み取り装置であって、
前記識別されるように構成されたタグまたは物体内に配置された第1の識別特徴セットを読み取る、磁気光学読み取り素子である第1の読み取り素子と、
前記識別されるように構成されたタグまたは物体内に配置された第2の識別特徴セットを読み取る第2の読み取り素子と
を備え、
前記読み取り素子は、前記第1の識別特徴セットの読み取りから生成される第1の信号および前記第2の識別特徴セットの読み取りから生成される第2の信号が、独立して使用されて、前記タグまたは物体を識別する第1の署名および第2の署名が導出されるように構成され、
前記磁気光学読み取り素子は、少なくとも1つの光学処理ユニットおよび少なくとも1つの磁気光学基板を備え、
前記磁気光学基板は、前記識別されるように構成されたタグまたは物体上の識別特徴および/または位置合わせマークを光学的に直接読み取るための少なくとも1つの開口部を備える、読み取り装置。 - 前記磁気光学読み取りに使用される光は、前記磁気光学読み取り素子内部で内部反射する、請求項1に記載の読み取り装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光学処理ユニットは複数の構成要素を備え、前記構成要素は、少なくとも1つの光学検出器、少なくとも1枚のレンズ、少なくとも1つの偏光子、少なくとも1つの光源を含む請求項1に記載の読み取り装置。

前記識別されるように構成されたタグまたは物体内に配置された第2の識別情報セットの前記読み取り素子による読み取りから、第2の信号を生成すること
を含み、
前記第1の識別特徴セットから生成される前記第1の信号および前記第2の識別特徴セットから生成される前記第2の信号は、独立して使用されて、前記タグまたは物体を識別する第1の署名および第2の署名が導出され、
前記読み取り素子は、少なくとも1つの光学処理ユニットおよび少なくとも1つの磁気光学基板を備え、
前記磁気光学基板は、前記識別されるように構成されたタグまたは物体上の識別特徴および/または位置合わせマークを光学的に直接読み取るための少なくとも1つの開口部を備える、方法。
