Claims (2)
- 光透過性を有する基板と、
前記基板の上に形成される光透過性を有する電極と、
前記光透過性を有する電極の上に形成される発光機能を有する有機層と、
前記発光機能を有する有機層を、前記光透過性を有する電極との間に配置するように形成された金属電極と、
外光の反射を防止する反射防止膜と、
前記反射防止膜を被覆するパッシベーション層と、を少なくとも有し、
前記基板は、表示領域と、該表示領域の外側に形成された非表示領域から少なくとも構成され、
前記非表示領域には、前記光透過性を有する電極に接続された配線が形成され、
前記反射防止膜は、前記表示領域および前記非表示領域に形成され、
前記非表示領域に連続的に形成された前記反射防止膜と、前記配線が形成されているおよび前記配線が形成されていない前記非表示領域である非発光部とが、前記パッシベーション層を介してオーバーラップしており、
前記反射防止膜は、前記基板と該基板を封止する封止板とを接着する接着剤が存在するシール材領域まで存在し、その形状が前記配線の形状と同一であり、かつ、前記パッシベーション層を介して電気的には接続しないでオーバーラップしていることを特徴とする自発光型表示装置。 - 前記基板の端部の表面が前記パッシベーション層に接していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自発光型表示装置。
