Description
<実施例1>
市販のCMC(ダイセル化学工業株式会社製、CMC1380、エーテル化度1.36、濃度1質量%水溶液の25℃での粘度は1640mPa・s)、保水剤、およびクエン酸水溶液を表1に示す組成で混練し、直径2cm、厚さ1cmの円柱状に試料を成型し、密閉容器に入れ、30℃で10日間保存した。
<比較例1>
市販のCMC(ダイセル化学工業株式会社製、CMC1380、エーテル化度1.36、濃度1質量%水溶液の25℃での粘度は1640mPa・s)およびクエン酸水溶液を表1に示す組成で混練し、直径2cm、厚さ1cmの円柱状に試料を成型し、密閉容器に入れ、30℃で10日間保存した。
<実施例2>
市販のCMC(ダイセル化学工業株式会社製、CMC1380、エーテル化度1.36、濃度1質量%水溶液の25℃での粘度は1640mPa・s)、保水剤、およびクエン酸水溶液を表2に示す組成で混練し、直径2cm、厚さ1cmの円柱状に試料を成型し、密閉容器に入れ、30℃で保存した。なお、実施例2の各試料は、クエン酸量が等しくなるように調製した。
<比較例2>
市販のCMC(ダイセル化学工業株式会社製、CMC1380、エーテル化度1.36、濃度1質量%水溶液の25℃での粘度は1640mPa・s)およびクエン酸水溶液を表2に示す組成で混練し、直径2cm、厚さ1cmの円柱状に試料を成型し、密閉容器に入れ、30℃で保存した。
<実施例3>
実施例2で調製したCMC1380 10質量%、プロピレングリコール30質量%、0.75Mクエン酸水溶液60質量%からなるゲルの圧縮弾性率(5,10N)を、(株)島津製作所製小型卓上試験機EZTest(EZ−L)を用い、直径5cmのステンレス製圧縮治具で2mm/分の速度で圧縮し測定した。
<比較例3>
比較例2で調製したCMC1380 10質量%、0.75Mクエン酸水溶液90質量%からなるゲルの圧縮弾性率(5,10N)を、実施例3と同じ条件にて測定した。
<実施例4>
市販のエーテル化度1.15〜1.45のCMC(第一工業製薬株式会社製、セロゲンHE-1500F、HE-600F、HE-90Fの3種類、濃度1質量%水溶液の25℃での粘度は順に3000mPa・s、900mPa・s、200mPa・s)、保水剤、クエン酸水溶液、および品質安定剤を表4に示す組成で混練し、直径2cm、厚さ1cmの円柱状に試料を成型し、密閉容器に入れ、30℃で保存した。
<比較例4>
市販CMC(第一工業製薬株式会社製、セロゲンHE−1500F、濃度1質量%水溶液の25℃での粘度は3000mPa・s)、0.5Mクエン酸水溶液、および水を表3に示す組成で混練し、直径2cm、厚さ1cmの円柱状に試料を成型し、密閉容器に入れ、30℃で保存した。
<実施例5>
市販のCMC(ダイセル化学工業株式会社製、CMC1380、エーテル化度1.36、濃度1質量%水溶液の25℃での粘度は1640mPa・s)10質量%、プロピレングリコール30質量%、0.5Mクエン酸水溶液、および品質安定剤を表3に示す組成で配合した混合物を混練し、直径2cm、厚さ1cmの円柱状に試料を成型し、密閉容器に入れ、30℃で保存した。
<参考例1>
CMC1380 10質量%、プロピレングリコール30質量%、0.5Mクエン酸水溶液60質量%を配合した混合物を混練し、直径2cm、厚さ1cmの円柱状に試料を成型し、密閉容器に入れ、30℃で保存した。
<実施例6>
市販のCMC(第一工業製薬株式会社製、セロゲンHE−1500F、濃度1質量%水溶液の25℃での粘度は3000mPa・s)、1Mクエン酸水溶液、およびプロピレングリコールを表5に示す組成で混練し、50℃で保存した。
<比較例5>
プロピレングリコールを添加しなかった以外は実施例6と同様にしてゲルを調製し、ゲル物性を測定した。
<実施例7>
市販のCMC(ダイセル化学工業株式会社製、CMC1380、エーテル化度1.36、濃度1質量%水溶液の25℃での粘度は1640mPa・s)、保水剤およびクエン酸水溶液を表6に示す組成で混練し、50℃で保存した。
<実施例8>
ポリ袋中でプロピレングリコール30gと市販のCMC(ダイセル化学工業株式会社製、CMC1380、エーテル化度1.36、濃度1質量%水溶液の25℃での粘度は1640mPa・s)10gを混合し、次いで0.5Mクエン酸水溶液60gを加えて混ぜることによりゲルを作製した。プロピレングリコールとCMCの混合、クエン酸水溶液の添加、混練後、脱泡までに要した時間は5分であった。
<参考例2>
市販のCMC(ダイセル化学工業株式会社製、CMC1380、エーテル化度1.36、濃度1質量%水溶液の25℃での粘度は1640mPa・s)10gを、0.5Mクエン酸水溶液60gとプロピレングリコール30gとの混合液に加え、あわとり練太郎で混練して袋に詰めた。混練、脱泡までに要した時間は45分間であった。
<比較例6>
ポリ袋中でエタノール30gと市販のCMC(ダイセル化学工業株式会社製、CMC1380、エーテル化度1.36、濃度1質量%水溶液の25℃での粘度は1640mPa・s)10gを混合し、0.5Mクエン酸水溶液60gを加えて混ぜることにより試料を作製した。混合、脱泡までに要した時間は5分間であった。
Claims (5)
- カルボキシメチルセルロースアルカリ金属塩、保水剤、酸、および水を配合した混合物を混練するカルボキシメチルセルロースアルカリ金属塩のゲルの製造方法であって、前記保水剤が、グリセリン、エチレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、およびプロピレングリコールから選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とするカルボキシメチルセルロースアルカリ金属塩のゲルの製造方法。
- 混合物におけるカルボキシメチルセルロースアルカリ金属塩の配合量は、混合物の全量に対して3〜64質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカルボキシメチルセルロースアルカリ金属塩のゲルの製造方法。
- 混合物における保水剤の配合量は、混合物の全量に対して5〜60質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のカルボキシメチルセルロースアルカリ金属塩のゲルの製造方法。
- 混合物に品質安定剤を配合することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のカルボキシメチルセルロースアルカリ金属塩のゲルの製造方法。
- カルボキシメチルセルロースアルカリ金属塩と保水剤とを予め混練し、次いで、得られたカルボキシメチルセルロースアルカリ金属塩と保水剤との混合物と、酸水溶液とを混練することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のカルボキシメチルセルロースアルカリ金属塩のゲルの製造方法。
