Claims (1)
- 平面視したときの全体の基本形状が二等辺三角形であって、
該二等辺三角形の底辺にあたる周面には凹形状部(12)が形成され、
平面視したとき、該凹形状部(12)の輪郭形状は、前記二等辺三角形と頂角が等しい二等辺三角形であることを特徴とする超高圧焼結体チップ。
