Claims (9)
- 搬送装置(6)であって、搬送面(14)と背面(12)を備え、
少なくとも2つの方向転換プーリ(8)によって案内される搬送ベルト(10)を含み、
その搬送ベルト(10)には前記搬送面(14)から突き出した複数のプッシング部材(34)が配置されており、
各プッシング部材(34)が、背面(12)に配置された送り部材(38)に結合されていることと、
前記送り部材(38)に、前記搬送ベルト(10)から外方に向いた滑り面(52)が含まれることと、
前記搬送装置(6)に、前記方向転換プーリ(8)間にある前記搬送ベルト(10)の少なくとも1つの部分区域に配置された前記送り部材(38)用の案内面(62)を備えるガイドレール(58)が含まれることと、
前記滑り面(52)と前記案内面(62)は、各送り部材(38)の前記滑り面(52)が前記ガイドレール(58)の前記案内面(62)上を滑ることができるように相補形状をしていることと、
各送り部材(38)に、前記搬送ベルト(10)に向かい合った転動面(48)が含まれることと、前記方向転換プーリ(8)の少なくとも1つに、前記搬送ベルト(10)の動作中に通過する前記送り部材(38)を受け入れて案内するために、円周方向に形成されたリング溝(64)が含まれることを特徴とする搬送装置。 - 前記転動面(48)が湾曲していることと、
前記滑り面(52)及び前記案内面(62)がほぼフラットであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搬送装置。 - 各送り部材(38)の前記転動面(48)及び前記滑り面(52)が、弓形(44)の形状をなす2つの表面(42)にて、互いに結合されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の搬送装置。
- 各弓形(44)を形成する円弧の半径が、少なくとも1つの前記方向転換プーリ(8)の外半径(R)とほぼ同じであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の搬送装置。
- 各弓形(44)を形成する弓形の高さ(h)が、少なくとも1つの前記方向転換プーリ(8)における前記リング溝(64)の深さ(T)とほぼ同じであることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の搬送装置。
- 各プッシング部材(34)が、前記搬送ベルト(10)の凹所を貫通する結合部品(36)によって前記送り部材(38)に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の搬送装置。
- 前記搬送ベルト(10)の相補性歯列(24)と係合する複数の歯(22)が、各方向転換プーリ(8)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の搬送装置。
- 群をなして供給される物体を分離するための分離装置(2)であって、
請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の搬送装置(6)を含んでおり、
分離される前記物体の供給装置(30)が、前記方向転換プーリ(8)のうちの1つプーリの領域内に設けられていることを特徴とする分離装置。 - 分離された物体の排出が、前記搬送ベルト(10)の方向転換点(72)の近傍で行われ、方向転換の角度が5°〜40°の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の分離装置。
