Description
一般式(I)
〔式中、Yは酸素原子(O)、硫黄原子(S)、CO基、SO基又はSO2基を表わし、kは1〜5の整数であり、mは0〜10の整数であり、nは1以上の整数である。フェニル基に有する2つの置換基の置換位置は、オルト位、メタ位、パラ位の何れでも良い。〕
前記一般式(I)において、Yは酸素原子(O)又は硫黄原子(S)である請求項1記載の防錆性付与方法。
前記潤滑油が、動粘度(40℃)5〜2000mm2/sのパーフルオロポリエーテル油を含む請求項1又は2記載の防錆性付与方法。
前記潤滑油が、増稠剤を含む請求項1、2又は3記載の防錆性付与方法。
前記増稠剤が、平均一次粒径0.01〜50μmの微粒子であり、その粒子がフッ素樹脂、シリカ、グラファイト、カーボンから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む請求項4記載の防錆性付与方法。
前記増稠剤が、金属石けん、金属複合石けん、ウレア、脂肪族ジカルボン酸金属塩から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む請求項4又は5記載の防錆性付与方法。
前記潤滑油が、軸受、ギヤ、リニアガイド又は磁気ディスクに使用される請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の防錆性付与方法。

前記潤滑油として、下記(A−1)〜(A−4)の何れかのパーフルオロポリエーテル油に防錆性を付与することを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の潤滑油の防錆性付与方法。

〔式中、Rfは、パーフルオロ低級アルキル基を表す。〕
(A−4)
F〔CF 2 CF 2 CF 2 O〕 m Rf
〔式中、Rfは、パーフルオロ低級アルキル基を表す。〕
一般式(I)中、Yは酸素原子(0)、硫黄原子(S)、CO基、SO基又はSO2基を表わし、好ましくは酸素原子(0)又は硫黄原子(S)である。
常温において液体(融点−42℃、沸点115.5℃)
本発明における潤滑油(必要により以下、基油という場合がある。)としては、下記一般式(IV)で示されるパーフルオロポリエーテル油を好ましく用いることができる。

上記のようなパーフルオロポリエーテル油(基油)と一般式(I)で示される新規な一級アミン誘導体である含フッ素アミド化合物を含む組成物は、組み合わせが新規なものである。
本発明の潤滑剤組成物には、上述のパーフルオロポリエーテル油以外の基油を混合することができる。ただし、オイルとしては、パーフルオロポリエーテル油と混合しても分離してしまうため、そのままでは使用できない。この場合、後述の増稠剤を配合し、グリースとして使用する。
本発明の潤滑剤組成物は、フッ素オイルとしても十分使用できうるものであるが、シール性を考慮した場合、グリースとしても有効である。この場合、増稠剤を配合する。
本発明の目的が損なわれない範囲で、必要に応じ、一般的な合成油を基油とした潤滑剤に使用される流動点降下剤、無灰系分散剤、金属系清浄剤、酸化防止剤、腐食防止剤、消泡剤、耐磨耗剤、油性剤などの公知の添加剤を、用途に応じて添加することができる。
1,4−ビス(4−アミノフェノキシ)ベンゼン29.5gを、ピリジン200mlに溶解し、氷浴上にて酸フロライド(n=1)124gをゆっくり滴下し、0℃から室温の条件下で終夜攪拌した。
RfO(CF2CF2O)m(CF2O)nRf
Rf:パーフルオロ低級アルキル基
粘度(40℃):160mm2/s
1,4−ビス(4−アミノフェノキシ)ベンゼン 10.1gを、ピリジン100ml、AK−225の混合溶媒に溶解し、室温にて酸フロライド(n=11 209.0g)をゆっくり滴下し、室温から40℃の条件下で終夜攪拌した。
AK−225で抽出し、飽和NaCl水溶液で洗浄した。エバポレーターでAK−225を留去し、淡黄色高粘度液体(C−2)を得た(173.9g 96.3%)。
1,4−ビス(4−アミノフェノキシ)ベンゼン 2gを、ピリジン100ml、AK−225 100mlの混合溶媒に溶解し、室温にて酸フロライド(n=40 101.0g)をゆっくり滴下し、室温から40℃の条件下で終夜攪拌した。
AK−225で抽出し、飽和NaCl水溶液で洗浄した。エバポレーターでAK−225を留去し、淡黄色高粘度液体(C−3)を得た(97.6g 99.6%)。
A−1に代えて下記式の基油(A−2)196g、C−3を4g使用した以外は実施例3と同様にして溶液を得、防錆試験を行った。

粘度(40℃):400mm2/s
A−1に代えて下記式の基油(A−3)190g、C−3を10g使用した以外は実施例3と同様にして溶液を得、防錆試験を行った。

Rf:パーフルオロ低級アルキル基
粘度(40℃):100mm2/s
ビス〔4−(アミノフェノキシ)フェニル〕スルホン 3gを、ピリジン100ml、AK−225の混合溶媒に溶解し、室温にて酸フロライド(n=11 209.0g)をゆっくり滴下し、室温から40℃の条件下で終夜攪拌した。

粘度(40℃):200mm2/s
実施例2で得られた(C−2)2gと、基油(A−1)138g、増稠剤(B−1:乳化重合法ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、分子量約10万〜20万、平均一次粒径0.2μm)60gを攪拌混合後、3本ロールにて混練し、白色のグリース状物質を得た。
基油(A−1)のみについて、実施例1と同様に防錆試験を行った。
基油(A−2)のみについて、実施例1と同様に防錆試験を行った。
基油(A−3)のみについて、実施例1と同様に防錆試験を行った。
基油(A−4)のみについて、実施例1と同様に防錆試験を行った。
実施例7で得られたグリース状物質について、DIN51802(EMCOR試験、温度;室温、試験時間;165時間、回転速度;80rpm、試験媒体;蒸留水)の規定に従い防錆試験を行った。試験時間後、軸受の錆発生を表3に示す基準に従って、6段階に評価した。評価結果を表4に示す。
添加剤(C−2)を除外し、基油(A−1)を140gに増量した以外は実施例7と同様な方法で、白色のグリース状物質を得た。このグリース状物質について、実施例8と同様な方法で錆発生を評価した。評価結果を表4に示す。
Claims (8)
- 下記一般式(I)で示される含フッ素ジアミド化合物を潤滑油に溶解させて、当該潤滑油に防錆性を付与することを特徴とする防錆性付与方法。
