Description
Claims (9)
- 加工品へ取り付けられるブラインドファスナであって、前記ファスナは、本体と、ステムと、を備え、
前記本体は、芯部と、前記本体の先端部におけるヘッドと、前記先端部から離れた後端部と、前記先端部と前記後端部との間にある放射状の拡張可能部と、を含み、
前記ステムは、シャフトと、放射状に拡大されたヘッドと、切断頸部溝と、を含み、
前記本体が、前記加工品における所定の開口に差し込まれ、所定の力が、前記加工品に向かって前記本体の前記後端部を圧するように、前記本体に加えられたとき、前記本体の前記先端部によって反発力が付与され、前記本体の前記放射状の拡大可能部が、放射状外側に且つ前記本体の先端に向かう軸方向に変形され、前記加工品のブラインド面に接すると共にブラインド側の設置面を形成するブラインドバルブを形成し、
少なくとも第1のくびれ領域及び第2のくびれ領域は、前記ステムの外側壁に設けられ、前記第1のくびれ領域及び前記第2のくびれ領域は、前記ステムのシャフトの最小直径よりも小さい最小直径を有し、
前記ファスナの組み合わせにおいて、前記本体は変形され、前記本体の材料が前記くびれ領域に入ることにより、前記本体は樽形状を含み、前記第1のくびれ領域は、前記ステムヘッドに隣接して位置し、前記第2のくびれ領域は、前記第1のくびれ領域よりも前記ステムヘッドから離れて位置し、前記切断頸部溝は、前記第1のくびれ領域と前記第2のくびれ領域との間に存在し、
前記ステムは、環状のヘッド下のくぼみを更に備え、
前記第1のくびれ領域は、前記くぼみに隣接するステムの材料の突出した隆起部を更に備えることを特徴とするブラインドファスナ。 - 前記ステムは、第1のくびれ領域及び第2のくびれ領域の少なくとも一方につながるテーパ部を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブラインドファスナ。
- 前記テーパ部は、前記切断頸部溝と前記第2のくびれ領域との間に位置していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のブラインドファスナ。
- 前記ステムは、前記ステムヘッドと前記第1のくびれ領域との間に段状部を更に含み、前記段状部は、前記ステムヘッドの直径と前記第1のくびれ領域の最小の直径との中間の直径を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のブラインドファスナ。
- 1つ又はそれ以上の放射状の突出部が、前記ステムのくびれ領域に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のブラインドファスナ。
- 前記放射状の突出部又はその各々は、非対称な三角形状の断面形状を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のブラインドファスナ。
- 前記放射状の突出部又はその各々は、丸い先端を有することを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6に記載のブラインドファスナ。
- 前記本体部は、環状のヘッド下のくぼみを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のブラインドファスナ。
- 前記第1のくびれ領域は、複数の突出部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のブラインドファスナ。
