Claims (6)
- 翼板(24,34)を備えており、
この翼板が翼板縦方向でもって脚部側端部(23,33)から先端部側端部(25,35)まで延在しており、かつこの翼板が翼板前縁部と翼板後縁部とを備えているターボ機械用翼(21,31)において、
ツヴァイフェルのパラメータが翼板の縦方向にわたって、所属する翼列の損失が最小限に抑えられているように可変に調節されており、
ツヴァイフェルのパラメータが翼板の中央領域においては先端部側端部もしくは脚部側端部におけるよりも大きいように調節されており、
縦方向の位置には、翼板前縁部から翼板後縁部までの翼弦長(so,s1,sm)が定義されており、そして、
翼弦長の配分は、次元の無いツヴァイフェルのパラメータが中央領域で0.9前後の値をとり、翼板の先端部側もしくは脚部側端部で0.7前後の値まで落ちるように、構成されており、
翼板が脚部側端部において脚部側翼弦長(so)を備え、先端部側端部(25,35)において、先端部側翼弦長(s1)を備え、かつ縦方向の中央領域において、翼弦長(sm)を備えており、この縦方向の中央領域の翼弦長が脚部側翼弦長よりも短いのと同様に、先端部側翼弦長よりも短く、
翼板形状が各々最大の形状厚さ(do,d1,dm)を備えており、そして
翼弦長が短いほど空力的な負荷が大きいので、各翼弦長が短いほど、最大形状厚さが大きいことを特徴とするターボ機械用翼。 - ターボ機械用翼が翼板の少なくとも一つの位置において最大の翼弦長を備えており、
この最大の翼弦長が先端部側端部に、脚部側端部に、あるいは翼板の先端部側端部にも脚部側端部にも生じることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボ機械用翼。 - 縦方向の中央領域における翼弦長が、最大翼弦長の90%未満の値の最小翼弦長を有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のターボ機械用翼。
- 縦方向の中央領域における翼弦長(sm)が、最大翼弦長の70%以上の値の最小翼弦長を有していることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のターボ機械用翼。
- 先端部側の翼弦長(s1)が最大翼弦長であり、脚部側の翼弦長が先端部側の翼弦長よりも小さいか、あるいは最大でも先端部側の翼弦長と同じであることを特徴とするターボ機械回転翼(21)としての請求項2〜4のいずれか一つに記載のターボ機械用翼。
- ターボ機械用翼が囲い板の無い回転翼列のための回転翼であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のターボ機械用翼。
