Claims (2)
- ガラスシートの形成システムであって、
溶融ガラスを主成分とする材料を収容するように構成されかつ前記溶融ガラスを主成分とする材料が下流へ向かって通過する末端部を備えた耐熱性体と、
前記溶融ガラスを主成分とする材料を通して前記末端部の複数の部分を選択的に加熱するエネルギーを伝達する手段と、
を備え、伝達された前記エネルギーは、前記溶融ガラスを主成分とする材料によって完全には吸収されず、少なくとも或る程度は前記末端部によって吸収される選択的な周波数を有するものからなり、
前記エネルギーを伝達する手段が、少なくとも1本のレーザービームを含み、該レーザービームは、近赤外光範囲または可視光範囲における波長帯域を有することを特徴とする、ガラスシートの形成システム。 - ガラスシートの形成方法であって、
溶融ガラスを主成分とする材料を収容するように構成されかつ前記溶融ガラスを主成分とする材料が下流へ向かって通過する末端部を備えた耐熱性体を提供し、
前記溶融ガラスを主成分とする材料を通して前記末端部の少なくとも第1の部分を加熱するエネルギーを伝達する、
各ステップを含み、伝達された前記エネルギーは、前記溶融ガラスを主成分とする材料によって完全には吸収されず、少なくとも或る程度は前記末端部によって吸収される、選択的な周波数を有するものからなり、
前記エネルギーを伝達するステップが、少なくとも1本のレーザービームを前記末端部の前記第1の部分に導くステップを含み、該レーザービームは、近赤外光範囲または可視光範囲における波長帯域を有することを特徴とする、ガラスシートの形成方法。
