Description
図1は、本発明の端子板回路の第一実施態様の斜視図を示し、図2は、その構成部品の接触状態を示す破断斜視図を示す。図1,2から明らかなように、端子板回路1は、端子板2及び平角線3を含み、端子板2には、端子板の一部の材料を下側から上側に押しやることによって、平角線3が貫通することができかつ横方向に大きく移動できない程度の大きさの開口部4が設けられている。平角線3は、端子板2の下側からこの開口部4に挿入されて端子板2の上側へ貫通されるが、端子板2の上側に出た平角線3は、開口部4を形成するために押しやられた端子板の突出部分5によって、端子板の上側の面及び/又は縁に対して押付けられている。これによって端子板2と平角線3の電気的接続状態が確実になる。
図3は、本発明の端子板回路の第二実施態様の斜視図を示し、図4は、その構成部品の接触状態を示す破断斜視図を示す。上記の第一実施態様では、端子板2の突出部分5は、平角線3が貫通するための開口部4を形成する際に端子板2の下側から上側へ押しやることによって形成されたものであったが、この第二実施態様では、端子板2の突出部分6は、図3,4から明らかなように、平角線3が貫通するための開口部4とは異なる場所の端子板の一部の材料を端子板の下側から上側に端子板から完全に分離せずに押しやることによって形成されている点が大きく異なる。即ち、両実施態様の実質的な違いは、平角線3を押付ける端子板2の突出部分5が、平角線3を貫通するための開口部4から形成されているか、またはそれ以外の部分から形成されているかにある。その他の事項については、第一実施態様と第二実施態様の間に実質的な差はなく、基本的に同じである。
図5は、本発明の端子板回路の第三実施態様の斜視図を示し、図6は、その構成部品の接触状態を示す破断斜視図を示す。図7は、本発明の端子板回路の第四実施態様の斜視図を示し、図8は、その構成部品の接触状態を示す破断斜視図を示す。図9は、本発明の端子板回路の第五実施態様の斜視図を示し、図10は、その構成部品の接触状態を示す破断斜視図を示す。図11は、本発明の端子板回路の第六実施態様の斜視図を示し、図12は、その構成部品の接触状態を示す破断斜視図を示す。本発明の第三実施態様〜第六実施態様は、本発明の第二実施態様の端子板2の突出部分6の幾つかの変形例を示したものである。

Claims (5)
- 端子板及び平角線を含む端子板回路であって、端子板の一部の材料を一方の側から他方の側に端子板から完全に分離せずに押しやることによって端子板に平角線が貫通可能な開口部が設けられ、前記開口部を通して平角線の先端の全てが端子板の一方の側から他方の側へ貫通しており、端子板の他方の側に出た平角線の面が、前記開口部を形成するために押しやられた端子板の突出部分の面によって端子板の他方の側の面に対して押付けられていることを特徴とする端子板回路。
- 平角線を端子板に押付けた部分が半田付け又は溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子板回路。
- 端子板及び平角線を含む端子板回路であって、端子板に平角線が貫通可能な開口部が設けられ、前記開口部を通して平角線の先端の全てが端子板の一方の側から他方の側へ貫通しており、端子板の他方の側に出た平角線の面が、前記開口部とは異なる場所の端子板の一部の材料を端子板の一方の側から他方の側に端子板から完全に分離せずに押しやることによって形成した端子板の突出部分の面によって端子板の他方の側の面に対して押付けられていることを特徴とする端子板回路。
- 平角線を端子板に押付けた部分が半田付け又は溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の端子板回路。
- 太陽電池パネル用端子箱内で使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の端子板回路。
