Description
スラグとして、最大粒径5mm、粒径1mm以下の含有率が51%、0.075mm以下(細粒分)の含有率が15%以下の転炉スラグAを、流動化剤として、油中水型エマルジョン形態のノニオン系ポリアクリルアミド(水溶液の濃度6.4%)を、遅効性塑性化剤として、ジメチルアミン・エピクロルヒドリンの重縮合物の4級塩を、水として、上水道水を、それぞれ表1に示す配合量で配合し、流動化物Aを得た。流動化物は、JIS R 5201−1997で規定されるセメントの物理試験方法のフロー試験におけるフロー値を測定した。その結果を表1に示す。
転炉スラグAに代えて、最大粒径2.5mm、粒径1mm以下の含有率が68%、0.075mm以下(細粒分)の含有率が11%以下の転炉スラグBを使用し、表1に示す配合量で配合した以外は、参考例1と同様の方法により流動化物を製造した。なお、参考例3は塑性化剤無配合としたものである。その結果を表1に示す。
転炉スラグAに代えて、最大粒径0.8mm、0.075mm以下(細粒分)の含有率が13%以下の転炉スラグCを使用し、表1に示す配合量で配合した以外は、参考例1と同様の方法により流動化物を製造した。その結果を表1に示す。
上記参考例2の流動化物を実験室に放置し、時間毎にサンプリングして、テクスチャー試験器TPU−2S(山電社製)を用いて最大応力を測定し、製造日から計算して28日後に最大応力15.0kPa以上となるかを求めた。その結果を表2に示す。なお、最大応力15.0kPa以上の硬さであれば、地中に置かれた場合、スラグ杭として適した強度となることが確認されている。なお、転炉スラグAそのものの最大応力は150kPa以上である。
・ 地盤改良機:圧入スラグ杭造成機(ボーリングマシン)
・ 中空管;内径50mm
・ スラグ杭材料流動化物の中空管への圧送流速;各々30リットル/分〜150リットル/分
・ スラグ杭径:700mm(設計圧入量0.5m3/1m当たり)
・ 圧入条件;体積0.1m3の流動化物を地中に圧入して残置し(単位長さ20cm)、これを5回繰り返して、合計長さ100cmの流動化残置物を得た。その後、100cmの流動化残置物が塑性化し、上記径のスラグ杭が得られた。

Claims (5)
- 粒径0.075mm以下の含有率が15%以下の骨材であるスラグ、水及び流動化剤を含有する流動物を、流動状態を保持したまま地盤中に圧入し、地盤中で塑性化させることを特徴とするスラグ杭造成工法。
- 該流動物は、地盤中に圧入されて、脱水して締め固められ、次いで、該スラグが該流動物として配合される前の粒度性状に戻る化学的塑性化を経て、固化することを特徴とする請求項1記載のスラグ杭造成工法。
- 該流動化剤は、吸水性ポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のスラグ杭造成工法。
- 該流動物は、更に塑性化剤を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のスラグ杭造成工法。
- 中空管を地盤中の設計深度まで貫入した後、該中空管を通して粒径0.075mm以下の含有率が15%以下の骨材であるスラグ、水及び流動化剤を含有する流動物を地表から地中に圧入し、地中に該流動物を残置し、この化学的塑性化前の残置物の上に、次ぎのステップ分の流動物を圧入し、これを繰り返して行うことにより、地盤中で塑性化させ、所定長のスラグ杭を造成することを特徴とするスラグ杭造成工法。
