Description
Claims (11)
- 採掘車における少なくとも1つの採掘作業機を用いて、掘削計画に決められた作業サイクルに従った仕事を鉱山における作業現場において該掘削計画に基づいて遂行し、
前記作業サイクル後に前記採掘車の移動運転を行なうことを含む採掘車の使用方法において、該方法は、
前記採掘車を前記作業現場において外部電源回路網に接続し、該外部電源回路網からの電気を該発掘車に供給して前記作業サイクルに従った仕事を前記作業現場において遂行し、
前記採掘車内に配置されたエネルギー貯蔵器をエネルギー源として前記移動運転中に使用し、
前記作業サイクル中に前記作業現場にて、前記外部電源回路網からの前記電気で前記エネルギー貯蔵器を充電し、
前記作業サイクルにより生じる電力条件を判定し、前記エネルギー貯蔵器の充電電力を前記作業サイクルの入力電力に対して調節することを含むこと特徴とする採掘車の使用方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、該方法は、
前記エネルギー貯蔵器からの電荷を通常の移動運転中は所定の充電限界までのみ放電し、
別個の承認に応答してのみ、前記エネルギー貯蔵器からの前記充電限界より大きい放電を許容することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、該方法は、
前記移動運転中は前記採掘車の位置エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換し、これを使用して前記エネルギー貯蔵器を充電し、
次の移動運転の経路情報に基づいて、前記採掘車の位置エネルギーから電気エネルギーに変換されるエネルギー量を推定し、
前記作業サイクル中に前記外部電源回路網から前記エネルギー貯蔵器へ充電されるエネルギーの量を、前記位置エネルギーから生成される充電エネルギーの量に対して削減することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の方法において、該方法は、
前記現場にて行なわれる採掘作業機の作業サイクル中は前記採掘車の駆動力伝達を切ることを特徴とする方法。 - 少なくとも1つの採掘作業機を備え、鉱山において掘削計画に従って少なくとも1つの作業現場で該採掘作業機により所定の作業サイクルに従って仕事を行なうように配設された少なくとも1台の採掘車と、
前記鉱山の外部電源回路網と、
前記採掘車を前記外部電源回路網へ接続して電気を給電する少なくとも1組の接続手段を含み、
前記採掘車は前記作業サイクル後に移動運転を行なう駆動機械を含む鉱山におけるシステムにおいて、
前記採掘車は、前記作業現場において、前記接続手段によって前記外部電源回路網へ接続して、該外部電源回路網から電気が供給されて前記作業サイクルに従った前記仕事を該作業現場において遂行し、
該採掘車は、少なくとも1つのエネルギー貯蔵器を含み、該エネルギー貯蔵器は前記移動運転に必要な電気エネルギーを貯蔵するように配設され、
前記システムはさらに、該エネルギー貯蔵器と前記外部電源回路網とを接続する接続手段と、該接続手段によって前記作業サイクル中に前記作業現場にて前記外部電源回路網からの前記電気で前記エネルギー貯蔵器を充電する充電手段と、該充電手段に関連して設けられて前記作業サイクルにより生じる電力条件を判定して前記充電手段による充電電力を該作業サイクルの入力電力に対して制御する制御手段とを含むことを特徴とする鉱山におけるシステム。 - 請求項5に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記採掘車のエネルギー貯蔵器における電荷の移動運転中における放電が制限され、
別の指令を用いることによって大きな放電が可能であることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項5または6に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記採掘車は少なくとも1つの操作部を含み、該操作部は次の移動運転のためのエネルギー消費量を判定するように配設され、
前記操作部は、該判定されたエネルギー条件に基づいて前記充電手段を自動的に制御し、または前記エネルギー条件に基づいて操作者に充電指令を発するように配設されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項5ないし7のいずれかに記載のシステムにおいて、
採掘車は、1本の単体接続ケーブルによってそれ用の電気系統の前記外部電源回路網へ接続され、
前記採掘車は少なくとも1つの操作部を含み、該操作部は、前記外部電源回路網から供給される前記電気を前記採掘車の前記電気系統において、前記掘削作業サイクルに必要なアクチュエータおよび前記エネルギー貯蔵器の充電手段へ送るように配設されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - キャリッジと、
該キャリッジを動かす駆動機械と、
前記キャリッジに対して可動の少なくとも1本のブームと、
少なくとも1本のブーム上に配設された少なくとも1つの削岩機と、
削岩リグを作業現場において削岩中に外部電源回路網へ接続する少なくとも1組の接続手段とを含み、作業サイクルに従った仕事を鉱山における作業現場において遂行する削岩リグにおいて、
該削岩リグは前記接続手段によって前記外部電源回路網へ接続して、該外部電源回路網からの電気が供給されて、前記作業サイクルに従った前記仕事を前記作業現場において遂行し、
前記削岩リグは、少なくとも1つのエネルギー貯蔵器を含み、該貯蔵器は、移動運転に必要な電気エネルギーを貯蔵するよう配設され、
前記削岩リグはさらに、前記作業現場にて前記作業サイクル中に前記エネルギー貯蔵器を前記外部電源回路からの前記電気で充電する充電手段と、該充電手段に関連して設けられて前記作業サイクルにより生じる電力条件を判定して前記充電手段による充電電力を該作業サイクルの入力電力に対して制御する制御手段とを含むことを特徴とする削岩リグ。 - 請求項9に記載の削岩リグにおいて、
前記削岩リグは少なくとも1つの操作部を含み、該操作部は、前記外部電源回路網から供給される前記電気を該削岩リグの電気系統において、掘削作業サイクルに必要なアクチュエータおよび前記エネルギー貯蔵器の充電手段へ配電するよう配設されていることを特徴とする削岩リグ。 - キャリッジと、
該キャリッジを動かす駆動機械と、
掘削計画に決められている作業サイクルに従って鉱山における作業現場において仕事を遂行する少なくとも1つの採掘作業機とを含み、該掘削作業機は、次のもの、すなわち削岩機、ボルト打設装置、コンクリート吹付け装置、スケーリング装置、貫入装置、発破孔装薬装置および計測器のうちの1つであり、さらに
前記作業現場において採掘車を外部電源回路網へ接続する少なくとも1組の接続手段を含む採掘車において、
該採掘車は、前記作業現場において、前記接続手段によって前記外部電源回路網へ接続して、前記電気が供給されて前記作業サイクルに従った前記仕事を前記作業現場において遂行し、
前記採掘車は、少なくとも1つのエネルギー貯蔵器を含み、該貯蔵器は、移動運転に必要な電気エネルギーを貯蔵するよう配設され、
前記採掘車はさらに、前記作業現場にて前記作業サイクル中に、前記外部電源回路網からの前記電気で前記エネルギー貯蔵器を充電する充電手段と、該充電手段に関連して設けられて前記作業サイクルにより生じる電力条件を判定して前記充電手段による充電電力を該作業サイクルの入力電力に対して制御する制御手段とを含むことを特徴とする採掘車。
