Claims (18)
- 第1端と前記第1端の反対側の第2端とを含む円筒型の第1単位セル;
第1端と前記第1端の反対側の第2端とを含む円筒型の第2単位セル;および
前記第1単位セルの前記第1端と前記第2単位セルの前記第2端と結合し、前記第1および第2単位セルを直列に電気的に連結する連結タブを含み、
前記第2単位セルは、前記第1単位セルの第1端と前記第2単位セルの第1端との間で伸び、前記第2単位セルの長さ方向である軸方向で前記第1単位セルと結合され、
前記連結タブは、
前記第1単位セルから伸びる突出部;および
前記軸方向に相対的な円周方向に前記突出部から伸びるガイドを含み、
前記第2単位セルは、前記第2単位セルの前記第2端で伸びる突出した部分を含むキャッププレートおよび前記突出した部分と隣接した開口を含み、
前記ガイドは、円周方向で前記開口に回転して挿入され、ガイドの外面は前記突出した部分の内面に隣接し、前記軸方向で前記第1単位セルに相対的な前記第2単位セルの動きを制限する、2次電池パック。 - 前記連結タブは、前記第1単位セルの前記第1端で前記第1単位セルのケースに付着される、請求項1に記載の2次電池パック。
- 前記連結タブは、フランジと前記フランジで突出するストッパーとをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の2次電池パック。
- 前記ストッパーは、前記第2単位セルの前記キャッププレートの前記突出した部分に隣接し、円周方向で前記第1単位セルに相対的な前記第2単位セルの動きを制限する、請求項3に記載の2次電池パック。
- 前記突出部は第1突出部であり、前記ガイドは第1ガイドであり、
前記連結タブは、前記第1単位セルの前記第1端で伸びる第2突出部および円周方向で前記第2突出部で伸びる第2ガイドをさらに含み、
前記第1および前記第2突出部は円周方向で互いに離隔しており、前記第1および前記第2ガイドは円周方向で互いに離隔している、請求項3に記載の2次電池パック。 - 前記キャッププレートは、前記開口の反対側の前記突出した部分の側面で前記突出した部分に隣接した他の開口を含み、
前記第1ガイドと前記第2突出部との円周方向での距離は前記開口の間の前記突出した部分の幅よりも大きい、請求項5に記載の2次電池パック。 - 前記ストッパーは、円周方向で前記第1ガイドおよび前記第2突出部の間にあり、前記第2単位セルの前記キャッププレートの前記突出した部分により弾性的に変形される、請求項5に記載の2次電池パック。
- 前記突出した部分は、前記第1ガイドと前記第2突出部との間に挿入される、請求項7に記載の2次電池パック。
- 前記連結タブは、前記ガイドに対抗して前記第2単位セルの前記キャッププレートの前記突出した部分を加圧する弾性部材をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の2次電池パック。
- 前記ストッパーは、円周方向に伸び、前記第2単位セルの前記キャッププレートの前記突出した部分の部分を覆う突起をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の2次電池パック。
- 前記フランジは、前記第1単位セルの前記第1端で前記第1単位セルの前記ケースの周囲形状にほぼ相応する周囲形状を有する、請求項3に記載の2次電池パック。
- 前記連結タブは、前記第1単位セルの前記第1端で前記第1単位セルの前記ケースに溶接される、請求項2に記載の2次電池パック。
- 前記連結タブは、前記第1単位セルの前記第1端に結合されるフランジをさらに含み、前記突出部は、前記フランジに形成される、請求項1に記載の2次電池パック。
- 前記ガイドは、前記フランジに対向し、円周方向で前記フランジから遠くなるほど傾く傾斜面を含む、請求項13に記載の2次電池パック。
- 前記連結タブは、前記連結タブの側面で突出し、保護回路に結合される引き出しタブをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の2次電池パック。
- 前記連結タブは、前記連結タブの他の側面で突出する他の引き出しタブをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の2次電池パック。
- 前記引き出しタブは、前記第1単位セルの前記第1端に隣接した前記第1単位セルの周囲部分の周囲で突出するリム部を含む、請求項15に記載の2次電池パック。
