Claims (16)
- 陽極タップを備えた陽極板、陰極タップを備えた陰極板、及び前記極板の間に介在されたセパレーターを含む電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収納するように構成された外装材と、
電解液と、
前記陽極タップと接合された陽極リードタップと、
前記陰極板は第1金属を含み、
前記陰極タップと接合された陰極リードタップと、
前記陽極リードタップ及び陰極リードタップの接合された部分の少なくとも一部に付着される絶縁フィルムと、を含み、
前記絶縁フィルムは、前記第1金属のイオンと錯化合物を形成することができるリガンドを含み、
前記陰極タップと前記陰極リードタップは一部が重なって融着され、
さらに、前記絶縁フィルムには、前記外装材の内側に延びる前記陰極リードタップに付着された部分で、かつ該陰極リードタップと融着された前記陰極タップが露出される部分に陰極タップ露出部が形成され、該陰極タップ露出部にて、前記陰極板または陰極タップから溶出される一部の銅イオンまたはニッケルイオンと反応して錯化合物を生成する、ことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記陰極リードタップに付着された絶縁フィルムは3%ないし10%のリガンドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電解液は、3%以下のリガンドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記リガンドは、ナイトリル系化合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ナイトリル系化合物は、コハク酸ニトリルおよびアニソルナイトリルのうち、いずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体は、複数個の陽極板、複数個の陰極板及びその間に介在された複数個のセパレーターが順次に積層されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記陽極板から引き出された陽極タップ及び前記陰極板から引き出された陰極タップは、溶接によって一緒に縛られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記陽極タップ及び陰極タップは、それぞれ陽極リードタップ及び陰極リードタップと融着によって接合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記陽極タップと前記陽極リードタップは一部が重なって融着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1金属は、銅またはニッケルのうち少なくともいずれか一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セパレーターは、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリオレフィン系樹脂のうち、少なくともいずれか一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電解液は、固体電解質ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記固体電解質ポリマーは、セパレーターとして作用することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外装材は、前記外装材の縁に具備される密封部を含み、
前記絶縁フィルムが付着される陰極リードタップと陽極リードタップの一部は、前記密封部と触れ合うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記陽極及び陰極リードタップは、前記外装材の外側に露出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁フィルムは、前記第1金属のイオンとリガンドとの錯化合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
