Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念の記載された、ワイパブレードのためのエラストマー材料からなるストランド形状の異形成形材から出発する。更に、本発明は、ストランド形状の異形成形材を被覆する方法に関する。
発明の利点
本発明により構成された、ワイパブレード、殊にウィンドワイパ用ワイパブレードのためのエラストマー材料からなる基本支持体を有するストランド形状の異形成形材には、少なくとも部分的に摩擦減少性の被覆が備えられている。この被覆は、本発明によれば、2つの層を備え、この場合直接に基本支持体上に塗布されている基本層は、耐摩耗性の被覆であり、基本層上に塗布されている上塗り層は、摩擦減少性である。
1つの水性被覆組成物は、ポリエステルポリウレタン分散液、メチル化イミノメラミンアミノプラスト架橋剤、乾燥滑剤としての黒鉛および濃稠化剤を含有する。この被覆組成物を、エラストマー支持体上に施こす。このエラストマー支持体は、塩素化されたゴム組成物からなる射出成形されたワイパ二重異形成形材である。水性溶剤を蒸発させるために入口乾燥した後、被覆組成物を150℃で10分間硬化させる。4μmの厚さの架橋された耐水性膜が生じる。
二重異形成形材上に、基本層を比較例に相応して施こす。基本層の硬化後、二重異形成形材を2つの個別の異形成形材に切断する。個別の異形成形材上に黒鉛分散液を噴霧し、基本層ならびに切断面を被覆した。黒鉛分散液を90℃で乾燥し、水性溶剤を除去した。架橋されていない上塗り層が得られた。この上塗り層は、乾燥した上塗り層に対してそれぞれ固体の結合剤ポリマー4.6質量%、濃稠化剤3.4質量%、界面活性剤10.2質量%および黒鉛81.8質量%を含有する。
塩素化されたゴム製材料からなるワイパブレード上に、最初に基本層を比較例の基本層に相応して塗布した。基本層上に乾燥した黒鉛粉末を塗布し、この場合この黒鉛粉末は、個別の異形成形材の基本層の表面上を擦った。2つの層を含む被覆を備えたワイパブレードを、ワイパ試験において30分間、水が噴霧された疎水性風防ウィンド上で、降雨条件をシミュレーションするために、試験した。この試験中に記録されたがたがたと音を立てる振幅(Ratter-Amplitude)は、2〜4mmの範囲内にあった。

摩擦減少性の該上塗り層が、黒鉛、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、モリブデンジスルフィド及びこれら物質の少なくとも2つの組合せ物から成る群から選択される乾燥滑剤を含有し、該上塗り層中の乾燥滑剤の含量は、硬化された層に対して60〜100質量%の範囲内にあり、
第1の耐摩耗性被覆である該基本層が、該上塗り層と同様に乾燥滑剤を含有し、該基本層中の乾燥滑剤の含量は、該上塗り層中の乾燥滑剤の含量よりも低い、

- 前記基本層中の乾燥滑剤の含量が、硬化された層に対して30〜45質量%である、請求項1〜4までのいずれか1項記載のストランド形状の異形成形材。
- 前記被覆が架橋ポリマーを含有し、この場合前記基本層中の架橋ポリマーの含量は、前記上塗り層中の架橋ポリマーの含量よりも高い、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のストランド形状の異形成形材。
- ストランド形状の異形成形材の被覆方法において、第1の工程で基本層を異形成形材上に塗布し、第2の工程で上塗り層を該基本層上に塗布し、この場合、
該上塗り層が、黒鉛、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、モリブデンジスルフィド及びこれら物質の少なくとも2つの組合せ物から成る群から選択される乾燥滑剤を含有し、該上塗り層中の乾燥滑剤の含量は、硬化された層に対して60〜100質量%の範囲内にあり、
該基本層が、該上塗り層と同様に乾燥滑剤を含有し、該基本層中の乾燥滑剤の含量は、該上塗り層中の乾燥滑剤の含量よりも低い、
ストランド形状の異形成形材の被覆方法。 - 前記基本層中の乾燥滑剤の含量は、硬化された層に対してそれぞれ前記上塗り層中の乾燥滑剤の含量よりも少なくとも30質量%低い、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記上塗り層中の乾燥滑剤の含量が、硬化された層に対して75〜95質量%である、請求項7または8記載の方法。
- 前記基本層中の乾燥滑剤の含量が、硬化された層に対して30〜45質量%である、請求項7〜9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 基本層を上塗り層の塗布前に硬化させる、請求項7〜10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 上塗り層をなお硬化されていない基本層上に塗布し、2つの層を共通して硬化させる、請求項7〜11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 被覆をエラストマー材料からなるストランド形状の異形成形材の形成後にストランド形状の異形成形材上に塗布し、引続きこの異形成形材を被覆と一緒に加硫する、請求項7から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 被覆を加硫後にストランド形状の異形成形材上に塗布する、請求項7から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ストランド形状の異形成形材を二重異形成形材として構成させ、基本層をこの二重異形成形材上に塗布し、引続きこの二重異形成形材を2つの個別の異形成形材に分離し、その後に上塗り層を塗布する、請求項7から14までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
