Description
を、軟化点又は融点がセメントキルンの焼点温度(約1450℃)より低く、忌避成分を含有する素材で被覆し、該被覆した還元性物質を前記セメントキルンに供給し、該被覆還元性物質の供給により、セメント製造工程における忌避成分の還元反応を促進し、該忌避成分を該セメント製造工程から除去することを特徴とする。ここで、セメントキルンの焼点温度とは、忌避成分の除去の対象となる個々のセメントキルンの焼点温度である。また、忌避成分とは、セメント製造工程において、主にリサイクル原燃料由来の鉛、亜鉛、六価クロム等、セメントの品質面で有害となり得る成分をいう。

Claims (4)
- 還元性物質の表面を、軟化点又は融点がセメントキルンの焼点温度より低く、忌避成分を含有する素材で被覆し、
該被覆した還元性物質を前記セメントキルンに供給し、
該被覆還元性物質の供給により、セメント製造工程における忌避成分の還元反応を促進し、
該忌避成分を該セメント製造工程から除去することを特徴とするセメントの製造方法。 - 前記被覆素材の軟化点又は/及び融点が700℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1
に記載のセメントの製造方法。 - 前記忌避成分は、鉛、亜鉛、六価クロムのうちの1又は2以上であることを特徴とする
請求項1又は2に記載のセメントの製造方法。 - 前記還元性物質は、粒径が200μm未満の微粉を含むことを特徴とする請求項1、2
又は3に記載のセメントの製造方法。
