Description
Claims (17)
- 血管外システム内の停滞した流体を除去するための医療機器であって、
血管外システムと、
前記血管外システムに取り付けられた血管アクセス器具と、
前記血管アクセス器具に取り付けられた少なくとも1つのアクセスポートと、を備え、
前記アクセスポートのアクセスは、血管外システム内の停滞した流体を移動させ、
前記アクセスポートは、カムバルブを備え、
前記カムバルブは、結合されていない2つの半部を含み、2つの結合されていない半部はそれぞれ別個のバネによって互いに押し付けられ、
前記カムバルブは、別個の血管アクセス器具のアクセスにおいて開いて流体を受け取り、
前記カムバルブは、別個の血管アクセス器具の除去において閉じて流体を放出することを特徴とする医療機器。 - 前記血管外システム内のアクティブな流体通路をさらに備え、前記カムバルブは前記アクティブな流体通路と直接的に接触していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 前記血管外システムの拡張可能なハウジングをさらに備え、前記アクセスポートは前記拡張可能なハウジングに固定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療機器。
- 前記血管外システムのアクティブな流体通路内であり、かつ前記カムバルブの反対側にポジティブな停止部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の医療機器。
- 前記別個の血管アクセス器具がカムバルブにアクセスし、ポジティブな停止部に抗して力を発生させるときに、前記拡張可能なハウジングが拡張することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の医療機器。
- 前記カムバルブは、前記カムバルブの下流側で、前記流体通路に関して鈍角になることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療機器。
- 前記カムバルブは、前記アクティブな流体通路に接触する凸状の底面を有する隔壁を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療機器。
- 血管外システム内の停滞した流体を除去するための医療機器であって、
血管外システムと、
前記血管外システムに取り付けられた血管アクセス器具と、
本体と、
前記血管アクセス器具に取り付けられ、前記本体の内部に流体のアクセスを提供する少なくとも1つのアクセスポートと、
本体内に配置され、2つの結合されていない半部を含むカムバルブであって、前記2つの結合されていない半部の各々は別個のバネによって互いに押し付けられているカムバルブと、を備え、
前記アクセスポートのアクセスは、血管外システム内の停滞した流体を移動させるものであって、
前記カムバルブは、別個の血管アクセス器具のアクセスにおいて開いて流体を受け取り、
前記カムバルブは、別個の血管アクセス器具の除去において閉じて流体を放出することを特徴とする医療機器。 - 血管外システム内の停滞した流体を除去するための医療機器であって、
拡張可能なハウジングと血管外システムの流体通路とを有する血管外システムと、
血管外システムの拡張可能なハウジングに固定された血管アクセス装置であって、前記血管アクセス装置は流体通路を二分する、血管アクセス器具と、
血管アクセス装置に取り付けられたアクセスポートであって、前記アクセスポートは、各々が別個のバネによって押し付けられた2つの結合されていない半部を有するカムバルブである、アクセスポートと、
血管外システムのアクティブな流体通路内であり、かつ前記アクセスポートと反対側にポジティブな停止部と、
を含み、
前記アクセスポートのアクセスは、血管外システム内の停滞した流体を移動させるものであって、
前記カムバルブは、別個の血管アクセス器具のアクセスにおいて開いて流体を受け取り、
前記カムバルブは、別個の血管アクセス器具の除去において閉じて流体を放出することを特徴とする医療機器。 - 前記アクセスポートは、前記流体通路に接触している凹面状の底面を有する隔壁をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の医療機器。
- 前記アクセスポートは、前記アクセスポートから下流側の流体通路に対して鈍角になっていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の医療機器。
- 前記血管アクセス器具は、ハウジングを含み、別個のバネの各々は、カムバルブの分離した半部の一つと、ハウジングとに連結していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 前記別個のバネは、コイルバネであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 前記カムバルブの2つの分離可能な半部は、内側部分および外側部分を有し、前記2つの分離可能な半部の前記外側部分は、傾斜面を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 前記カムバルブの前記2つの分離可能な半部の各々の内側部分は、傾斜した面を有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の医療機器。
- 前記カムバルブの前記2つの分離可能な半部の各々は、内側部分と外側部分とを含み、前記2つの分離可能な半部の外側部分は傾斜面を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の医療機器。
- 前記2つの分離可能な半部の前記内側部分は、傾斜面を有することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の医療機器。
