Description
Claims (20)
- 本体、および、該本体内に少なくとも部分的に収容された隔壁を含む血管アクセスデバイスと、
該本体と該隔壁との間に収められたガスチャンバーと、そして、
該隔壁が作動させられるとき、該ガスチャンバーからガスを受け入れるための該本体内のレセプタクルと
を備えることを特徴とする医療用デバイス。 - 該ガスチャンバーを該レセプタクルにつなげる通気孔をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 該レセプタクルは、隣接ガスチャンバーであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 該デバイスは、該隔壁の下にキャビティを含み、該キャビティは該レセプタクルを受け入れると共に別個のアクセスデバイスが該キャビティと流体連通することを可能にするために十分な容積を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 該隔壁は底部ディスクを含み、該隔壁が作動させられて該ガスチャンバーが容積において減少するとき、該底部ディスクは、該底部ディスクが膨らみ、該レセプタクルを生み出すことをもたらすように十分に薄いことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 該レセプタクルは、該ガスチャンバーと連通状態にあるエラストマーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 該ガスチャンバーが容積において減少するとき、該エラストマーは伸張し、該レセプタクルは容積において増加することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 該エラストマーが縮み、そして、該レセプタクルが容積において減少するとき、該ガスチャンバーは容積において増加することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 本体、該本体内に収容された隔壁、および該本体と該隔壁との間のガスチャンバーとを含む血管アクセスデバイスを提供し、
該本体内にレセプタクルを提供し、そして、
該ガスチャンバーと該レセプタクルとの間でガスを移動させる
ことを含むことを特徴とする医療用デバイス内のガスを移動させる方法。 - 該ガスチャンバーと該レセプタクルとの間でガスを移動させることは、該ガスチャンバーを該レセプタクルにつなげる通気孔を介してガスを移動させることを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 該ガスチャンバーを該レセプタクルと連通状態に配置することによって、該ガスチャンバーの全有効容積を増加させることをさらに含み、該レセプタクルは容積を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 該レセプタクルは容積を含み、該ガスチャンバーを該レセプタクルの容積と連通状態に配置することによって、該ガスチャンバーを圧縮するために必要とされる圧力を減少させることをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 該レセプタクルを提供するために該隔壁を膨らませることをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- キャビティを提供することをさらに含み、該キャビティは膨らんだ該隔壁を受け入れると共に別個のアクセスデバイスに該キャビティと流体連通させることを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 該ガスチャンバーの容積を減少させ、一方、該レセプタクルを膨らませることをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 該ガスチャンバーの容積を増加させ、一方、該レセプタクルを縮ませることをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 本体、該本体内に少なくとも部分的に収容された隔壁、および、該本体と該隔壁の一部との間のガスチャンバーを含む、患者の脈管系にアクセスする手段と、そして、
患者の脈管系にアクセスする手段内に備わっている、該ガスチャンバーからのガスを受け入れる手段と
を備えることを特徴とする医療用デバイス。 - 該ガスチャンバーからのガスを受け入れる手段は、該ガスチャンバーの全体的な有効容積を増加させることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 該隔壁は、該ガスチャンバーからのガスを受け入れる手段を生み出すために膨らむことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 該ガスチャンバーからのガスを受け入れる手段は、該ガスチャンバーと連通するエラストマーであることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の医療用デバイス。
