Description
1から4の炭素原子を含むアルキル基を表わすか、または
R1およびR2は、それらが結合している硫黄原子と一緒になってC1−C4アルキルまたはC1−C4アルケニル基によって場合により置換されている、3から5の炭素原子を含む飽和または不飽和の環を表わす。)
そのアルキル基が1から12、好ましくは1から8の炭素原子を含む少なくとも2つのアルキルアクリル酸エステル(II)50から99.8重量部、
アルキルアクリル酸エステル(II)の重合を阻害し、酸素の存在下または非存在下で活性であり、好ましくは式(IV)の安定なニトロキシド基を含む少なくとも1つの化合物(III)0.001から0.1重量部、
下式の化合物A(N−(tert−ブチル)−N−(1−〔エトキシ(エチル)−ホスフィノ〕プロピル)ニトロキシドとして知られている。)
テトラヒドロチオフェンSm3あたり10mgを適切な実験室装置を用いて天然ガスに注入する。
このように着臭された、高い着臭力を有するガスの燃焼後に形成される二酸化硫黄の含量は、7.3mg/Sm3に等しい。
Claims (16)
- ガス状燃料の着臭剤として用いられ得る組成物であり、
式
1から4の炭素原子を含むアルキル基を表わし、または
R1およびR2は、それらが結合している硫黄原子と一緒になってC1−C4アルキルまたはC1−C4アルケニル基によって場合により置換されている、3から5の炭素原子を含む飽和または不飽和の環を表わす。)
の少なくとも1つのアルキルスルフィド(I)を5から14.95重量部と、
少なくとも2つのアルキルアクリル酸エステル(II)(アルキル基は1から12の炭素原子を含む。)を85から94.95重量部と、
前記アルキルアクリル酸エステル(II)の重合を酸素の非存在下で阻害し、式(IV)
を有する安定なニトロキシドからなる少なくとも1つの化合物(III)を0.005から0.05重量部と
を含む、組成物。 - 前記少なくとも1つのアルキルスルフィド(I)が、テトラヒドロチオフェン(THT)、メチルエチルスルフィド(MES)、ジメチルスルフィド(DMS)、ジエチルスルフィド(DES)、またはこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1の組成物。
- 前記アルキルアクリル酸エステル(II)が、メチル、エチル、n−プロピル、イソプロピル、n−ブチル、イソブチル、tert−ブチル、ペンチル、ヘキシル、ヘプチル、オクチル、ドデシルアクリル酸エステル、またはこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1または2の組成物。
- 前記アルキルアクリル酸エステル(II)が、少なくともアクリル酸メチルおよびアクリル酸エチルを含む、請求項1から3のいずれかの組成物。
- テトラヒドロチオフェン(I)、アクリル酸メチル(II)およびアクリル酸エチル(II)を含む、請求項1から4のいずれかの組成物。
- 前記化合物(III)が、N−(tert−ブチル)−N−(1−〔エトキシ(エチル)ホスフィノ〕プロピル)ニトロキシド、N−(tert−ブチル)−N−(1−ジエチルホスホノ−2,2−ジメチルプロピル)ニトロキシド、N−(tert−ブチル)−N−(2−メチル−1−フェニルプロピル)ニトロキシド、またはこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1から5のいずれかの組成物。
- 純粋または希釈のいずれかで用いられる、請求項1から7のいずれか1つに定義される組成物の有効量の添加を含む、無臭ガス状燃料の着臭方法。
- ガス状燃料が天然ガスである、請求項8の着臭方法。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1つに定義される組成物を1mg/Sm3 から500mg/Sm3の間の量で含む、ガス状燃料。
- 天然ガスからなることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のガス状燃料。
- 前記少なくとも2つのアルキルアクリル酸エステル(II)のアルキル基が、1から8の炭素原子を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記第三級または第二級炭化水素基が、4から15の炭素原子を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記環状炭化水素基が、それらが結合している窒素原子と一緒になって4から6の炭素原子を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記アルキルスルフィド(I)が、テトラヒドロチオフェン(THT)である、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に定義される組成物を2mg/Sm3 から50mg/Sm3の間の量で含む、ガス状燃料。
