Description
粉末化したダイマージオールジアクリラートと、2,2−ビス(アクリロイルメチル)プロパン酸ステアリルエステルと、UNILIN350アクリラート(ベイカー・ペトロライト(Baker Petrolite)製のUNILIN350より誘導した反応性ワックス相変化剤)とを表2(下記)に記載の量で併せ、100℃の温度で加熱融解して混合した。次に、融解した混合物を濾過した。これらのインキを必要に応じて室温まで冷やし、固体インキビヒクルを生成した。
カーボンブラック(ピグメントブラック7)とポリイソブチレンスクシンイミド分散剤(ORONITE OLOA 11000、シェブロン・オロナイト社(Chevron Oronite Company, LLC)製)とをビーカー中で表3(下記)に記載の量で混ぜ合わせ、120℃の温度に加熱した。
Claims (2)
- 1つ以上の硬化性成分を含有する均一なインキビヒクル、及び1つ以上の着色剤を含むインキ組成物であって、
前記硬化性成分は、2つの反応性官能基を含む第1分子と、炭素数18〜45の直鎖状脂肪族炭化水素鎖を含む第2分子とを反応させてなる分子を含有し、当該分子として少なくとも2,2−ビス(アクリロイルメチル)プロピオン酸ステアリルエステルを含有することを特徴とするインキ組成物。 - 2つの反応性官能基を含む第1分子と、炭素数18〜45の直鎖状脂肪族炭化水素鎖を含む第2分子とを反応させてなる分子を含有し、当該分子として少なくとも2,2−ビス(アクリロイルメチル)プロピオン酸ステアリルエステルを含有する硬化性成分を加熱し、融解および溶解する工程と、
冷却して固体インキ組成物を生成する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするインキ組成物の調製方法。
