Description
Claims (3)
- 光学素子が取り付けられた被調整部品を保持する光学素子調整保持機構において、
ネジ止めにより前記被調整部品が固定される基台を有し、前記ネジを本締めして前記被調整部品を前記基台に固定する前段階において該基台に対して該被調整部品を移動自在とするため、該基台と該被調整部品との間に、表面の摩擦抵抗が該基台又は該被調整部品より低い摺動部材を介在させるとともに、
光学素子調整保持機構は、前記基台と前記被調整部品との間に配置された移動規制板であって、前記前段階において、第一の方向にだけ移動自在に該基台に支持されつつ、該被調整部品を該第一の方向に直交する第二の方向にだけ移動自在に支持した移動規制板をさらに有し、
前記摺動部材は、前記基台と前記移動規制板との間、および該移動規制板と前記被調整部品との間にそれぞれ介在されていることを特徴とする光学素子調整保持機構。 - 前記摺動部材は、前記ネジが挿入されて通される貫通穴を有し、
前記貫通穴は、前記基台に対する前記摺動部材の移動が規制されるよう、前記ネジの径と略同一径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光学素子調整保持機構。 - 前記摺動部材は、板金材料をプレスしたプレス加工品であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2の何れかに記載の光学素子調整保持機構。
