各スリット窓に、前面には対応するスリット窓の閉鎖板を備え、且つオーブ庫内では強制対流している風を妨げることのない構成とした調理棚を出し入れ自在に装着すると共に、該調理棚を、枠体と、該枠体に取り外し自在に載置される焼き網とで構成し、該枠体の出し入れ方向一側に前記焼き網脱着作業用の切欠部を設けたこと
