The embodiment of the present disclosure relates to the field of kitchen appliances, and more particularly, to a cooking appliance.

Background

In the existing cooking appliance, such as an oven, a grill is completely placed in the oven, when the baked food needs to be taken out of the oven, the food and the grill cannot be directly taken out of the oven due to high temperature of the food and the grill, so that the food and the grill need to be taken on heat insulation gloves or be taken out after being cooled, the mode is inconvenient to operate, not only is time wasted, but also is easily scalded, and certain potential safety hazards exist.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a cooking appliance to solve the above-mentioned problems or other potential problems in existing cooking appliances.

A first aspect of the present disclosure provides a cooking appliance, comprising:

the box body is provided with a plurality of air inlets,

a box door connected with the box body, wherein the box door and the box body form a heating cavity,

the grill comprises a grill body, a connecting part and a handle,

wherein, the gridion main part sets up in the heating chamber, and connecting portion set up in the both sides of gridion main part, and connecting portion extend to the lateral wall on both sides about the box from the heating chamber, are connected with two handles respectively.

In some embodiments, the connecting portion comprises a first end, a second end, and a joint; the second end of the connecting part is fixedly connected or slidably positioned and connected with the handle.

In some embodiments, the slidably positionable connection of the second end of the connecting portion to the handle includes a plurality of gears that are positionally adjustable in accordance with predetermined conditions.

In some embodiments, the cooking appliance further includes first support structure parts respectively provided on inner sidewalls of both sides of the cabinet, the grill body being located on the first support structure parts; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a cooking appliance. In general, the cooking appliance can solve the problems existing in the existing cooking appliance. Specific embodiments of the present disclosure will now be described in conjunction with fig. 1-3.

Detailed Description

The principles of the present disclosure will now be described with reference to various exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings. It should be understood that these examples are described merely to enable those skilled in the art to better understand and further implement the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure in any way. It should be noted that where feasible, similar or identical reference numerals may be used in the figures and that similar or identical reference numerals may indicate similar or identical functions. One skilled in the art will readily recognize from the following description that alternative embodiments of the structures illustrated herein may be employed without departing from the principles of the present disclosure described herein.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance includes:

the box body 1 is provided with a plurality of grooves,

a box door 2 connected with the box body 1, wherein the box door 2 and the box body 1 form a heating cavity,

the grill 3, which includes a grill body 31, a connecting portion 32, and a handle 33, is shown in fig. 2.

Wherein, the grill main body 31 is arranged in the heating cavity, the connecting parts 32 are arranged at two sides of the grill main body 31, the connecting parts 32 extend to the outer side walls at the left side and the right side of the box body 1 from the heating cavity and are respectively connected with the two handles 33.

The connecting portion 32 includes a first end 321, a second end 322, and an engaging portion 323, as shown in fig. 3.

In some embodiments, the grill body 31 is fixedly connected or integrally formed with the first end 321 of the connecting portion 32.

In some embodiments, the second end 322 of the connecting portion 32 of the grill 3 is connected to the handle 33 in a fixed or sliding positioning connection.

Fig. 4 is a first structural diagram of the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the disclosure when the door is opened, and as shown in fig. 4, the first supporting structure parts 4 are respectively disposed on the inner side walls of two sides of the box body 1, and the grill main body 31 is located on the first supporting structure part 4.

In some embodiments, the first support structure part 4 may be a groove formed on the inner sidewalls of both sides of the case 1 or a protruding support member which may be a bar member mounted on the inner sidewalls of both sides of the case 1.

The first support structure 4 provides support for the grill body 31 and allows the grill body 31 to be moved into the heating chamber to heat food or moved out of the heating chamber to remove heated food.

Fig. 5 is a second structural schematic diagram of the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the disclosure when the door is opened, as shown in fig. 5, the second supporting structure portions 5 are disposed on the outer side walls of the two sides of the box body 1, the handle 33 includes a protruding portion 331, and the protruding portion 331 of the handle 33 and the second supporting structure portion 5 are connected in a sliding positioning manner.

The second support structure part 5 may be a groove formed on the outer sidewalls of both sides of the case 1 or an external support member 5 may be a block member mounted on the outer sidewalls of both sides of the case 1 to form the groove.

In various embodiments of the present disclosure, the sliding positioning connection between the second end 322 of the connecting portion 32 of the grill 3 and the handle 33 includes a plurality of gears such as a first gear, a second gear, etc. which are adjusted according to predetermined conditions, and the user can select a corresponding gear from a plurality of different gears according to actual conditions, for example, different weights and different shapes of food.

Fig. 6 is a first assembly view of the grill of the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 6, the second end 322 (not shown) of the connecting portion 32 of the grill 3 is slidably connected to the handle 33 in the first position, and when in the first position, the second end 322 of the connecting portion 32 is located at the rear end of the groove of the handle 33.

In the case of lighter, less bulky food items to be grilled, the user can select the first gear, thereby facilitating removal of the grill from the heating chamber.

Fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of a grill of a cooking appliance according to a sixth embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 7, a sliding positioning connection between a second end portion 322 (not shown) of a connecting portion 32 of the grill 3 and the handle 33 is in a second gear, and when in the second gear, the second end portion 322 of the connecting portion 32 is located at a front end of the groove of the handle 33.

In the case of a relatively heavy and bulky food item to be cooked, the user may select the second position to facilitate removal of the grill from the heating chamber.

In various embodiments of the present disclosure, the sliding positioning connection between the protrusion 331 of the handle 33 and the second support structure 5 includes a plurality of gears such as a first gear, a second gear, etc. which are adjusted according to predetermined conditions, and the user can determine the corresponding gears according to actual conditions, for example, according to different weights and different shapes of food.

Fig. 8 is a first assembly view of the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the disclosure, as shown in fig. 8, the sliding positioning connection between the protrusion 331 of the handle 33 and the second support structure 5 is in the first gear, and when in the first gear, a part of the protrusion 331 of the handle 33 is located in the groove of the second support structure 5.

In the case of lighter and less bulky food to be cooked, the user can select the first position to facilitate removal of the grill from the heating chamber.

Fig. 9 is a second assembly view of the cooking utensil according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 9, the sliding positioning connection between the protruding portion 331 of the handle 33 and the second support structure 5 is in the second gear, and when in the second gear, substantially the whole of the protruding portion 331 of the handle 33 is located in the groove of the second support structure 5.

As shown in fig. 8 and 9, a hook-type connecting portion 6 is provided at the bottom of the door 2, and the hook-type connecting portion 6 is connected to the grill 3 by an elastic member such that the grill 3 can move outward from the cabinet 1 by a predetermined distance as the door 2 is opened. The elastic member may be a spring or the like having an elastic or stretchable connection.

In some embodiments, the grill body 31 is fixedly connected to or integrally formed with the connection portion 32, so that the grill 3 can be manufactured by selecting different manufacturing processes according to actual situations.

In some embodiments, the handle 33 is a non-metal handle with heat insulation function, and the non-metal handle includes a plastic handle, a wood handle or a ceramic handle. When the user uses the grill, the handle 33 has a heat insulation function, so that the user can easily take out the grill 3 and the cooked food from the heating chamber without using other tools such as gloves, thereby saving time and avoiding scalding.

In some embodiments, a viewing window is provided on the door 2. When a user uses the oven to bake food, the user can observe the baking process of the food through the observation window, and the baking process of the food is favorably and properly controlled, so that the maturity and the mouthfeel of the baked food are ensured.

In some embodiments, the cabinet 1 includes a groove corresponding to the engaging portion 323 in the link 32, or the door 2 includes a groove corresponding to the engaging portion 323 in the link 32.

Fig. 10 is a schematic view illustrating the door of the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the present disclosure when the door 2 is closed, as shown in fig. 10, the handles 33 of the grill 3 are exposed at both sides of the box body 1, and since the engaging portion 323 of the connecting portion 32 is embedded in the groove of the box body 1 or the groove of the door 2, the door 2 can be always closed during the baking process, and the baking process of the food cannot be affected, so that the ripeness and taste of the food after being baked cannot be affected.

In some embodiments, the grill body 31 is a grill-like structure or a plate-like structure. This structure is advantageous for cooking different foods, and the user can select the grill body 31 of different structure for cooking according to the kinds of food materials.

In some embodiments, the handle 33 has a bar-like structure or an arc-like structure. This configuration facilitates the user's grip on the handle 33, thereby facilitating the user's easy removal of the grill 3 and cooked food from the heating chamber.

The cooking utensil of this disclosure, for example oven, oven or roast pot, the user can easily take out gridion and food at any time when using, and it is extremely convenient to operate, not only saves time, can also avoid scalding, improves the security of using greatly.

Claims

1. A cooking appliance, comprising:

a box body (1),

the box door (2) is connected with the box body (1), wherein the box door (2) and the box body (1) form a heating cavity,

a grill (3) including a grill body (31), a connecting portion (32), and a handle (33),

the grill main body (31) is arranged in the heating cavity, the connecting parts (32) are arranged on two sides of the grill main body (31), and the connecting parts (32) extend to the outer side walls of the left side and the right side of the box body (1) from the heating cavity and are respectively connected with the two handles (33).

2. The cooking appliance of claim 1,

the connecting portion (32) includes a first end portion (321), a second end portion (322), and a joint portion (323);

the second end (322) of the connecting part (32) is connected with the handle (33) in a fixed connection or a sliding positioning connection.

3. The cooking appliance of claim 2,

the sliding positioning connection of the second end (322) of the connecting part (32) and the handle (33) comprises a plurality of gears which can be positioned and adjusted according to preset conditions.

The cooking appliance according to claim 1, further comprising first supporting structure parts (4) respectively provided on inner sidewalls of both sides of the cabinet (1), the grill body (31) being located on the first supporting structure parts (4); wherein, the first and the second end of the pipe are connected with each other,

the first support structure (4) is a groove or a protruding support member, wherein,

grooves are formed on the inner side walls of the two sides of the box body (1),

the protruding supporting component is a strip-shaped component which is arranged on the inner side walls of two sides of the box body (1).

5. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, further comprising second support structure portions (5) respectively provided on outer side walls of both sides of the case (1),

the handle (33) comprises a protruding part (331), and the protruding part (331) of the handle (33) is connected with the second support structure part (5) in a sliding positioning connection mode.

6. The cooking appliance of claim 5,

the sliding positioning connection of the projection (331) of the handle (33) with the second support structure (5) comprises a plurality of gears for positioning adjustment according to predetermined conditions.

7. The cooking appliance of claim 5,

the second support structure part (5) is a recess or an external support member, wherein,

grooves are formed on the outer side walls of two sides of the box body (1),

the external supporting component is a block component which is arranged on the outer side walls of two sides of the box body (1) and forms a groove.

The cooking appliance according to claim 1, further comprising a hook-type connecting portion (6) provided at the bottom of the door (2), the hook-type connecting portion (6) being connected to the grill (3) by an elastic member so that the grill (3) can move outwardly from the cabinet (1) by a predetermined distance as the door (2) of the oven is opened.

9. The cooking appliance of claim 1,

the case (1) includes a groove corresponding to the engaging portion (323) in the connecting portion (32), or the door (2) includes a groove corresponding to the engaging portion (323) in the connecting portion (32),

wherein, the joint part (323) in the connecting part (32) is embedded in a groove of the box body (1) or a groove of the box door (2).

10. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 9,

the grill main body (31) is of a grid structure or a disc structure;

the cooking appliance is an oven, a roaster or a roasting pan.
