Abstract

Technical Field
The embodiment of the present disclosure relates to the field of kitchen appliances, and more particularly, to a cooking appliance.
Background

Detailed Description
The principles of the present disclosure will now be described with reference to various exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings. It should be understood that these examples are described merely to enable those skilled in the art to better understand and further implement the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure in any way. It should be noted that where feasible, similar or identical reference numerals may be used in the figures and that similar or identical reference numerals may indicate similar or identical functions. One skilled in the art will readily recognize from the following description that alternative embodiments of the structures illustrated herein may be employed without departing from the principles of the present disclosure described herein.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance includes:
the box body 1 is provided with a plurality of grooves,
a box door 2 connected with the box body 1, wherein the box door 2 and the box body 1 form a heating cavity,
the grill 3, which includes a grill body 31, a connecting portion 32, and a handle 33, is shown in fig. 2.
Wherein, the grill main body 31 is arranged in the heating cavity, the connecting parts 32 are arranged at two sides of the grill main body 31, the connecting parts 32 extend to the outer side walls at the left side and the right side of the box body 1 from the heating cavity and are respectively connected with the two handles 33.
The connecting portion 32 includes a first end 321, a second end 322, and an engaging portion 323, as shown in fig. 3.
In some embodiments, the grill body 31 is fixedly connected or integrally formed with the first end 321 of the connecting portion 32.
In some embodiments, the second end 322 of the connecting portion 32 of the grill 3 is connected to the handle 33 in a fixed or sliding positioning connection.
Fig. 4 is a first structural diagram of the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the disclosure when the door is opened, and as shown in fig. 4, the first supporting structure parts 4 are respectively disposed on the inner side walls of two sides of the box body 1, and the grill main body 31 is located on the first supporting structure part 4.
In some embodiments, the first support structure part 4 may be a groove formed on the inner sidewalls of both sides of the case 1 or a protruding support member which may be a bar member mounted on the inner sidewalls of both sides of the case 1.
The first support structure 4 provides support for the grill body 31 and allows the grill body 31 to be moved into the heating chamber to heat food or moved out of the heating chamber to remove heated food.
Fig. 5 is a second structural schematic diagram of the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the disclosure when the door is opened, as shown in fig. 5, the second supporting structure portions 5 are disposed on the outer side walls of the two sides of the box body 1, the handle 33 includes a protruding portion 331, and the protruding portion 331 of the handle 33 and the second supporting structure portion 5 are connected in a sliding positioning manner.
The second support structure part 5 may be a groove formed on the outer sidewalls of both sides of the case 1 or an external support member 5 may be a block member mounted on the outer sidewalls of both sides of the case 1 to form the groove.
In various embodiments of the present disclosure, the sliding positioning connection between the second end 322 of the connecting portion 32 of the grill 3 and the handle 33 includes a plurality of gears such as a first gear, a second gear, etc. which are adjusted according to predetermined conditions, and the user can select a corresponding gear from a plurality of different gears according to actual conditions, for example, different weights and different shapes of food.
Fig. 6 is a first assembly view of the grill of the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 6, the second end 322 (not shown) of the connecting portion 32 of the grill 3 is slidably connected to the handle 33 in the first position, and when in the first position, the second end 322 of the connecting portion 32 is located at the rear end of the groove of the handle 33.
In the case of lighter, less bulky food items to be grilled, the user can select the first gear, thereby facilitating removal of the grill from the heating chamber.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of a grill of a cooking appliance according to a sixth embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 7, a sliding positioning connection between a second end portion 322 (not shown) of a connecting portion 32 of the grill 3 and the handle 33 is in a second gear, and when in the second gear, the second end portion 322 of the connecting portion 32 is located at a front end of the groove of the handle 33.
In the case of a relatively heavy and bulky food item to be cooked, the user may select the second position to facilitate removal of the grill from the heating chamber.
In various embodiments of the present disclosure, the sliding positioning connection between the protrusion 331 of the handle 33 and the second support structure 5 includes a plurality of gears such as a first gear, a second gear, etc. which are adjusted according to predetermined conditions, and the user can determine the corresponding gears according to actual conditions, for example, according to different weights and different shapes of food.
Fig. 8 is a first assembly view of the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the disclosure, as shown in fig. 8, the sliding positioning connection between the protrusion 331 of the handle 33 and the second support structure 5 is in the first gear, and when in the first gear, a part of the protrusion 331 of the handle 33 is located in the groove of the second support structure 5.
In the case of lighter and less bulky food to be cooked, the user can select the first position to facilitate removal of the grill from the heating chamber.
Fig. 9 is a second assembly view of the cooking utensil according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 9, the sliding positioning connection between the protruding portion 331 of the handle 33 and the second support structure 5 is in the second gear, and when in the second gear, substantially the whole of the protruding portion 331 of the handle 33 is located in the groove of the second support structure 5.
In the case of a relatively heavy and bulky food item to be cooked, the user may select the second position to facilitate removal of the grill from the heating chamber.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, a hook-type connecting portion 6 is provided at the bottom of the door 2, and the hook-type connecting portion 6 is connected to the grill 3 by an elastic member such that the grill 3 can move outward from the cabinet 1 by a predetermined distance as the door 2 is opened. The elastic member may be a spring or the like having an elastic or stretchable connection.
In some embodiments, the grill body 31 is fixedly connected to or integrally formed with the connection portion 32, so that the grill 3 can be manufactured by selecting different manufacturing processes according to actual situations.
In some embodiments, the handle 33 is a non-metal handle with heat insulation function, and the non-metal handle includes a plastic handle, a wood handle or a ceramic handle. When the user uses the grill, the handle 33 has a heat insulation function, so that the user can easily take out the grill 3 and the cooked food from the heating chamber without using other tools such as gloves, thereby saving time and avoiding scalding.

In some embodiments, the grill body 31 is a grill-like structure or a plate-like structure. This structure is advantageous for cooking different foods, and the user can select the grill body 31 of different structure for cooking according to the kinds of food materials.
In some embodiments, the handle 33 has a bar-like structure or an arc-like structure. This configuration facilitates the user's grip on the handle 33, thereby facilitating the user's easy removal of the grill 3 and cooked food from the heating chamber.
The cooking utensil of this disclosure, for example oven, oven or roast pot, the user can easily take out gridion and food at any time when using, and it is extremely convenient to operate, not only saves time, can also avoid scalding, improves the security of using greatly.

grooves are formed on the inner side walls of the two sides of the box body (1),
the protruding supporting component is a strip-shaped component which is arranged on the inner side walls of two sides of the box body (1).
5. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, further comprising second support structure portions (5) respectively provided on outer side walls of both sides of the case (1),
the handle (33) comprises a protruding part (331), and the protruding part (331) of the handle (33) is connected with the second support structure part (5) in a sliding positioning connection mode.

the sliding positioning connection of the projection (331) of the handle (33) with the second support structure (5) comprises a plurality of gears for positioning adjustment according to predetermined conditions.
