Claims (11)
- ランセット(10)を穿刺経路に沿って変位させることによって皮膚表面に穿刺傷を形成することができるランセット装置(1)であって、
皮膚表面に向かう穿刺経路に沿って前記ランセット(10)を穿刺動作させるための駆動力を発生する駆動手段を備えたランセット駆動装置(2)と、
前記ランセット(10)を張力がかかった位置に保持するための磁気的保持力を発生する保持手段と、
前記保持力を十分に緩和し、そして前記駆動手段が発生した駆動力によって前記ランセット(10)を皮膚表面に向けて高速で動かす開始手段とを有するランセット装置(1)において、
前記ランセット(10)は、制御ユニットにより設定可能な範囲にある前記ランセット(10)による穿刺傷の深さが、機械的な停止部によって制限されないよう、振動の反転位置まで穿刺方向に自由に振動できるように構成されていることを特徴とするランセット装置(1)。 - 診断用の体液を採取するために、穿刺傷を形成する請求項1記載のランセット装置(1)。
- 前記駆動手段は、前記磁気的保持力によって張力がかかった状態に保持される駆動バネ(4)を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のランセット装置(1)。
- 前記ランセット駆動装置(2)は、前記ランセット(10)の運動を引き起こす電磁アクチュエータを有し、前記電磁アクチュエータは、前記制御ユニットによる制御の下、前進力および/または制動力を調節して前記ランセット(10)の穿刺動作を制御することによって、穿刺傷の深さを制限できることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のランセット装置(1)。
- 前記保持力を、部分的に、完全に、または過剰に相殺する磁界が前記電磁アクチュエータにより発生されることを特徴とする請求項4記載のランセット装置(1)。
- 前記アクチュエータは、穿刺傷形成後に、前記ランセット(10)を初期位置に復帰させ、前記磁気的保持力によって張力がかかった位置に保持するために、穿刺方向とは反対の後退方向に前記ランセット(10)を加速するよう前記制御ユニットによって制御可能であることを特徴とする請求項4または5記載のランセット装置(1)。
- 前記ランセット駆動装置(2)と前記ランセット(10)、とりわけ、前記ランセット(10)を担持したプッシュロッド(3)、前記ランセット(10)、および前記駆動手段は、前記穿刺経路に沿って振動する振動系を構成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のランセット装置(1)。
- 前記駆動手段が、駆動バネ(4)であることを特徴とする請求項7記載のランセット装置(1)。
- 前記ランセット(10)による穿刺傷形成時に前記振動系が保有していた振動エネルギーは、穿刺傷形成後に前記駆動手段に対する付勢が再開されることにより、その大部分が位置エネルギーに変換され、そして、前記駆動手段が初期状態になったときに回復するために、保存された運動エネルギーによって次の穿刺傷形成が可能となり、補充の必要がないように実行されることを特徴とする請求項7記載のランセット装置(1)。
- ランセット(10)を穿刺経路に沿って変位させることによって皮膚表面に穿刺傷を形成することができるランセット装置(1)の作動方法であって、
皮膚表面に向かう穿刺経路に沿って前記ランセット(10)を穿刺動作させるための駆動力を駆動手段によって発生するランセット駆動装置(2)と、
前記ランセット(10)を張力がかかった位置に保持するための磁気的保持力を発生する保持手段と、
前記保持力を十分に緩和し、そして前記駆動手段が発生した駆動力によって前記ランセット(10)を皮膚表面に向けて高速で動かす開始手段とを有するランセット装置(1)の作動方法において、
前記ランセット(10)は、制御ユニットにより設定可能な範囲にある前記ランセット(10)による穿刺傷の深さが、機械的な停止部によって制限されないよう、振動の反転位置まで穿刺方向に自由に振動できることを特徴とするランセット装置(1)の作動方法。 - 前記穿刺傷が、診断用の体液の採取のために形成されることを特徴とする請求項10記載の作動方法。
