Claims (11)
- 患者の体内管腔に植込み可能または挿入可能な医療器具であって、該医療器具の少なくとも一部が、少なくとも1つの熱可塑性ポリマーと、10,000nm以下の平均粒径を有し、かつ、有機ポリマーセグメントが全体にわたって分散されたセラミック材料ネットワークを備える有機−無機ハイブリッド材料を含む少なくとも1つの粒子材料と、からなる熱可塑性ポリマー組成物からなる、医療器具。
- 前記セラミック材料ネットワークが、ケイ素、鉄、バナジウム、バリウム、ジルコニウム、チタニウム、アルミニウム、錫、ハフニウム、ルビジウム、ビスマス、ストロンチウム、タンタル、モリブデン、タングステン、レニウム、ルテニウムの酸化物、またはイリジウム酸化物、あるいはこれらの混合物を含む請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記有機ポリマーセグメントが、250〜10,000の数平均分子量を有するポリマーセグメントである請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記有機ポリマーセグメントが、前記セラミック材料ネットワークと共有結合される請求項1に記載の医療器具。

- 前記有機結合基が、イソシアネート基、エチレン様不飽和基、カーボン結合アミノ基、またはエポキシ基を含む請求項9に記載の医療器具。
- 前記医療器具が、バルーン、ガイドワイヤー、大静脈フィルター、ステント、ステントグラフト、血管グラフト、脳動脈瘤用充填コイル、心筋プラグ、心臓弁、血管弁、または組織工学における足場である請求項1に記載の医療器具。
