Description
Claims (11)
- ポンプハウジング(1)を備えた内燃機関の燃料高圧ポンプであって、前記ポンプハウジング(1)内には、当該ポンプハウジング(1)内に配置された少なくとも1つの圧送素子を作動させるために、カムドライブ又は偏心輪ドライブ(3)を有する駆動軸(2)が収容され、かつ、駆動軸の縦軸(4)の周りを回転自在に保持され、前記ポンプハウジング(1)は、前記駆動軸(2)を収容し回転自在に保持するために、軸受孔(6)を有するハウジング部分(5)を備える、前記燃料高圧ポンプにおいて、
前記ハウジング部分(5)は、摩擦力結合型圧入嵌め(7)を介して前記ポンプハウジング(1)と接合され、前記摩擦力結合型圧入嵌め(7)は、前記ハウジング部分(5)が、当該ハウジング部分(5)が挿入される前記ポンプハウジング(1)の凹部(8)に対して半径方向の締め代を有する第1の部分(a)及び第2の部分(b)を有することにより形成され、前記第1の部分(a)及び前記第2の部分(b)は前記ポンプハウジング(1)の前記凹部(8)と接触し、
前記ポンプハウジング(1)の前記凹部(8)に対する、前記ハウジング部分(5)の前記第1の部分(a)の前記半径方向の締め代と、前記ハウジング部分(5)の前記第2の部分(b)の前記半径方向の締め代と、は異なっていることを特徴とする、燃料高圧ポンプ。 - 前記ハウジング部分(5)は、前記摩擦力結合型圧入嵌めを形成するための、前記ポンプハウジング(1)の前記凹部(8)に対する半径方向の締め代を有する第1の部分(a)及び第2の部分(b)を有し、前記第1の部分(a)及び前記第2の部分(b)は、前記駆動軸の縦軸(4)に関して軸方向に互いに間隔が取られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料高圧ポンプ。
- 前記2つの部分(a、b)の間には、環状室(9)が、戻り孔(10)が通じる戻り溝として残っていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の燃料高圧ポンプ。
- 前記第1の部分(a)の前記半径方向の締め代がより大きく選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料高圧ポンプ。
- 前記圧入嵌めは、更に前記第1の部分(a)の領域において密閉機能を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料高圧ポンプ。
- 前記ハウジング部分(5)の前記軸受孔(6)、又は、前記軸受孔(6)内に配置された滑り軸受ブッシュ(11)の変形を防止するために、前記ポンプハウジング(1)内の少なくとも1つの圧入嵌め(7)の領域に、前記ポンプハウジング(1)の弾性変形及び前記圧入嵌め(7)の領域における分離をもたらす環状溝(12)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料高圧ポンプ。
- 前記環状溝(12)は、前記ポンプハウジング(1)の前記凹部(8)と同軸に配置され、切り込みではなく丸みのある半径を有して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の燃料高圧ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプハウジング(1)内での前記環状溝(12)の軸方向の長さは、半径方向の締め代を有する各前記部分(a、b)の軸方向の長さよりも大きく選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の燃料高圧ポンプ。
- 前記環状溝(12)の前記軸方向の長さは、少なくとも20パーセント大きく選択されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の燃料高圧ポンプ。
- 前記ハウジング部分(5)の軸方向の位置を安定させるために、前記ポンプハウジング(1)の前記凹部(8)内に追加的に、前記ポンプハウジング(1)と前記ハウジング部分(5)との確実な係合が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の燃料高圧ポンプ。
- 前記ハウジング部分(5)と前記ポンプハウジング(1)とは同一の素材で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の燃料高圧ポンプ。
