Description
Claims (6)
- 裏面ウェブを有する膜を含む電池セパレーターであって、前記裏面ウェブの同じ面上に少なくとも2つの列を形成する狭間胸壁状のリブを有し、前記各リブが、少なくとも2つのソリッド部分とそれらの間にある低い壁を有し、前記狭間胸壁状のリブが前記裏面ウェブからカレンダー成形されることを特徴とする電池セパレーターであって、
前記裏面ウェブが:
中央部分と少なくとも1つの側端部分と;
前記中央部分において、前記裏面ウェブの表側にある、第1の狭間胸壁状のリブの少なくとも2つの列と;
前記中央部分において、前記裏面ウェブの裏側にある、第2の狭間胸壁状のリブの少なくとも2つの列と;および
前記側端部分において、前記裏面ウェブの表側にある、第3の狭間胸壁状のリブの少なくとも2つの列と、を有し、
前記狭間胸壁状の各リブが:
少なくとも2つのソリッド部分と;
前記各ソリッド部分の間に位置する開放部分と;
前記開放部分の下で、前記各ソリッド部分の間にあり、前記各ソリッド部分を連結する低い壁とを有し;
1つのリブの前記ソリッド部分が、隣接するリブの前記開放部分の位置と一致するように、前記狭間胸壁状の各リブの位置が互いにずらされていることを特徴とする電池セパレーター。 - 前記リブが直線状または波状のいずれかである請求項1に記載の電池セパレーター。
- 前記ソリッド部分が角錐台形状を有する請求項1に記載の電池セパレーター。
- 前記膜が、ポリオレフィン、ゴム、ポリ塩化ビニル、フェノール系材料、セルロース系材料、またはそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される請求項1に記載の電池セパレーター。
- 前記膜がポリオレフィン材料である請求項1に記載の電池セパレーター。
- 請求項1に記載の電池セパレーターを有するように製造した蓄電池。
