ここで、I0は水の光強度であり、Iは染液の光強度である。
B=(A0−A)/A0×100
ここで、A0は初期の染液の吸光度であり、Aは染色中の染液の吸光度である。
Cn=(Bn−Bn-1)/T
Bn-1は前回測定時の染着率であり、Bnは今回測定時の染着率である。そして、両者の差を測定間隔T(分)で割ることで、前回測定時から今回測定時までの染着速度Cnが算出される。
Dn+1=C0×Dn/Cn
ここで、Dn+1は今回測定時から次回測定時までの昇温速度であり、Dnは前回測定時から今回測定時までの昇温速度である。また、C0は、予め設定された標準染着速度(%/分)であり、Cnは今回の染着速度(%/分)である。
図1に示す液流型高温高圧染色機(使用する総染液量:1000リットル、布速:133m/分(サイクルタイム90秒))を用いた。濃度測定装置として分光光度計(光源;ハロゲン光)を取り付けて、図2及び図3に示すように染液を循環させて濃度測定を行った。
繊維材料として、50dtexのポリエチレンテレフタレート100%ジャージ (1反が10.0kg/50mの布帛を4反繋げて布帛長200mとしたもの)を用いた。染料として、分散染料SUMIKARON YELLOW SE−RPD(住友化学工業株式会社製)0.1%owf、SUMIKARON RED SE−RPD(住友化学工業株式会社製)0.1%owf、SUMIKARON BLUE SE−RPD(住友化学工業株式会社製)0.1%owfの配合を用いた。染色助剤として、ニッカサンソルト8000(日華化学株式会社製、均染剤)0.5g/リットル、酢酸(pH調整剤)0.5cc/リットルを用いた。この場合、最高染色温度を130℃に設定した。
繊維材料として、44dtexの高圧カチオン染料可染型ポリエチレンテレフタレート100%ジャージ (1反が10.0kg/50mの布帛を4反繋げて布帛長200mとしたもの)を用いた。染料として、分散型カチオン染料KAYACRYL YELLOW GRL−ED(日本化薬株式会社製)0.231%owf、C.D.P.N.RED GRL−ID(日成化成株式会社製)0.116%owf、AIZEN CATHILON BLUE FB−DP(保土谷化学工業株式会社製)0.163%owfの配合を用いた。染色助剤として、酢酸(pH調整剤)1.0cc/リットル、無水芒硝(劣化防止剤)3g/リットルを用いた。この場合、最高染色温度を120℃に設定した。
実施例1と同様の繊維材料、染料及び染色助剤を用い、最高染色温度を100℃に設定した。ただし、濃度測定は、400〜700nmの波長領域における染液の光強度を10nm毎に1分間隔で測定して吸光度に変換し、波長範囲400〜700nmにおける吸光度の平均値のみに基づいて上記の式により染着率及び染着速度を算出した。

Claims (5)
- 繊維材料を染液に浸漬して所定の染色条件に基づいて染色処理を行う繊維材料の染色方法であって、染色中の染液の可視波長領域における吸光度を測定し、波長範囲を400〜500nm、500〜600nm及び600〜700nmに設定して各波長範囲における吸光度のピーク値又は平均値に基づいて繊維材料に対する染料の染着率及び染着速度を算出し、算出された染着率及び染着速度に基づいて染色条件を制御することを特徴とする繊維材料の染色方法。
- 各波長範囲について算出された染着速度のうち最も速い染着速度に基づいて昇温速度を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の染色方法。
- 酸性染料の染液について染着率が80%以上となった時点で染液のpHを下げて染着速度を制御することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の染色方法。
- 染着速度が0.2%/分以下となった時点で染液の冷却に関する制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の染色方法。
- 染色処理後の水洗処理中の水洗液の染料濃度が、初期の染液の染料濃度に対して3.0%以下となった時点で水洗処理を停止するように制御することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の染色方法。
