Description
本発明の実施形態は複合材二分割筺体および筺体内に配置された封止構成を利用する弁を対象にする。この弁には、第1の弁箱半体が第2の弁箱半体と結合されたことにより画定される弁箱が含まれる。弁体組立体は第1と第2の弁箱半体の間に配置される。この弁体組立体には、弁体、弁棒および弁シールが含まれる。弁体が弁棒の周りを回転するとき弁が開閉するように、弁棒は弁体の中心軸に沿って弁体内に配置される。弁シールには、弁体の外面と係合する第1および第2の弁箱半体により形成される内面を覆う一次部分が含まれる。シールにはまた、第1と第2の弁箱半体の内部および間に配置される二次部分も含まれる。一次および二次シール部分は、筺体内の位置、および弁体との封止係合状態を保持するように構成される。
Claims (10)
- 複合材でそれぞれ成形された第1および第2の弁箱半体であって、それぞれが実質的に均一な組成のものであり、二分割の弁箱を形成するように結合平面に沿って共に固定され、前記弁箱が流入通路および流出通路を有した、第1および第2の弁箱半体と、
前記第1および第2の弁箱半体の間に配置された弁体組立体であって、弁体、および前記第1および第2の弁箱半体の結合平面にある縦軸を有する弁棒を有し、前記弁体が前記弁棒の周りで回転したときに、前記弁体が前記流入通路と前記流出通路との間の流路と交差するように面してその間の液体の通過を可能にする開位置、および前記弁体が流路に沿うように面して前記流入通路と前記流出通路との間の液体の通過を阻止する閉位置の間を前記弁体が移動するように前記弁棒は前記弁体の中心軸に沿った前記弁体内にある、弁体組立体とを含み、
前記弁体が前記閉位置にあるときに前記結合平面は前記弁体の平面と平行であり、前記弁はさらに、前記弁体の外面と係合するように前記第1および第2の弁箱半体により形成された内面を覆う一次部分を有するシールを備え、前記シールは前記第1および第2の弁箱半体の内部かつ間に配置された二次部分を有し、前記一次および二次封止部分は前記筺体とのそれぞれの位置、および前記弁体との封止係合状態を保持するように構成され、
前記第1の弁箱半体は、前記第1および第2の弁箱半体の周りに配置された複数のクランプを介して前記第2の弁箱半体と結合され、
前記クランプのそれぞれは第1および第2の部分で画定され、それぞれの前記部分は延長腕および突起部を有し、前記第1の部分は前記弁体に向かって曲がった湾曲端を備えた延長腕を有し、前記第2の部分は前記弁体から離れるように曲がった湾曲端を備えた延長腕を有し、前記第1および第2の部分の前記湾曲端のそれぞれは前記延長腕が曲がることにより前記第1および第2の部分のそれぞれの突起部と係合するように構成された、複合材バタフライ弁。 - 請求項1に記載の複合材バタフライ弁において、
前記弁棒は、前記弁体を回転させるための機構を受けるようになされた第1の端部を含む、複合材バタフライ弁。 - 請求項1に記載の複合材バタフライ弁において、
前記第1の弁箱半体は、剛性をもたらすために前記弁箱内に点在した複数の空洞を含む、複合材バタフライ弁。 - 請求項1に記載の複合材バタフライ弁において、
前記シールの前記一次部分は、第1および第2の切り欠き部を備えた実質的に矩形の形状を有し、前記第1の切り欠き部は前記第1の弁箱半体内に配置され、前記第2の切り欠き部が前記第2の弁箱半体内に配置された、複合材バタフライ弁。 - 請求項1に記載の複合材バタフライ弁において、
前記シールの前記二次部分は、前記シールの前記一次部分から離れるように延びた実質的に三角形の形状を有した、複合材バタフライ弁。 - 請求項2に記載の複合材バタフライ弁において、
前記弁棒は、前記弁体を通って前記弁箱の下部へ延びる第2の端部を有した、複合材バタフライ弁。 - 請求項1に記載の複合材バタフライ弁において、
前記第1の弁箱半体及び前記第2の弁箱半体のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記弁体を受けるための実質的に円形の部分を含み、前記1つの弁箱半体は、前記円形部分に沿って配置された溝であって、Oリングを受けるように設けられた、溝を有し、前記Oリングは、接続された管路に関連したフランジ部との封止をもたらす、複合材バタフライ弁。 - 請求項1に記載の複合材バタフライ弁において、
前記弁体は、複合材で形成された、複合材バタフライ弁。 - 請求項1に記載の複合材バタフライ弁において、
前記複合材は、無機充填材が最大60%含まれた、複合材バタフライ弁。 - 請求項8に記載の複合材バタフライ弁において、
前記弁体は、短繊維複合材の内核および耐久性の高い長繊維複合材の外層で形成された、複合材バタフライ弁。
