Claims (15)
- 海の水域の波動を電気エネルギーに変換することによって電力を生成するために海底での据付のための支持構造を備えた波力発電システムであって、
水域に浮動するように形成された浮動体(1a、1b、1c、1d、1e、100、100a、100b)と、
伝達部材(2、2a、2b、2c、2d、2e、25)とを備え、
前記伝達部材の第1の端は前記浮動体に固定され、前記伝達部材の第2の端は、前記伝達部材が水域の波動によって上または下に動かされている時または上および下に動かされている時に電流を生成する発電機を備える運動変換装置と連携し、
前記伝達部材は浮動体の上方で上下に直線的に移動するように前記支持構造によって制限され、前記伝達部材の第1の端は前記浮動体の変位の重心点で、またはその下側で前記浮動体に固定され、
前記伝達部材は不撓性のシャフトまたはロッド(2、2a、2b、2c、2d、2e)であり、前記不撓性のシャフトまたはロッドはピボットジョイント(3)によって前記浮動体に固定され、
前記不撓性のシャフトまたはロッドは前記浮動体の広い開口部に挿入されており、前記広い開口部は前記発電機に面する前記浮動体の側面に配置されており、前記不撓性のシャフトまたはロッドは前記広い開口部の反対側に位置する前記浮動体の側面にピボット式に結合され、
前記広い開口部は水域から前記浮動体を密封するために前記浮動体から前記不撓性のシャフトまたはロッドに及ぶ柔軟膜で覆われている波力発電システム。 - 前記浮動体は軽量材料により製造される請求項1記載の波力発電システム。
- 前記浮動体は中空である請求項1記載の波力発電システム。
- 前記浮動体は、前記伝達部材が当該浮動体に固定されている場所を横切る軸に対して対称的に造形されているように製造される請求項1記載の波力発電システム。
- 前記浮動体は付加的な質量を備えており、前記付加的な質量は浮動体の垂直軸に沿って可動に配置されるように形成されており、特定の配置位置が、特定の大きさの波または特定範囲の大きさの波と関連づけられている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の波力発電システム。
- 前記伝達部材または前記浮動体は、システムの動作中に前記浮動体を部分的に水没させて維持するように構成されている請求項1記載の波力発電システム。
- 前記運動変換装置は、誘導コイル(9)内部に配置された可動磁石(10)を備えており、前記伝達部材は磁石に固定されている請求項1記載の波力発電システム。
- 前記運動変換装置は、前記伝達部材に回転自在に接続されたシャフト(19)を含み、前記シャフトは前記伝達部材が上方または下方のそれぞれに移動した時のどちらかにかみ合う一方向クラッチ(21)を備えており、前記一方向クラッチがかみ合った時に前記シャフト(19)の回転は前記一方向クラッチから発電機(24)に接続されたさらなるシャフト(19a)の回転を付与する請求項1記載の波力発電システム。
- 前記運動変換装置は、少なくとも2個の一方向クラッチ(21a、21b)を含み、前記少なくとも2個の一方向クラッチのうちの第1の一方向クラッチは前記伝達部材が海底から上方に移動した時にかみ合って第1のシャフトを第1の規定の回転方向で回転させ、前記2個の一方向クラッチのうちの第2の一方向クラッチはその時には解放状態にあって、前記伝達部材が下方に移動した時に、前記第1の一方向クラッチは解放され、前記第2の一方向クラッチはかみ合って第2のシャフトを第2の規定の回転方向で回転させ、システムは少なくとも1個の一方向のクラッチと協働している相互運用可能なギヤ(18a、18b、18c)を含み、前記第1および第2のシャフトは、前記伝達部材の移動方向が上か下かに関係なく、接続された前記発電機(24)を同じ回転方向で回転させる請求項8記載の波力発電システム。
- 前記少なくとも1個の一方向クラッチ(21)は回転増倍器(22)を介して前記発電機(24)に接続されている請求項8または9記載の波力発電システム。
- 前記発電機(24)に接続されたシャフトは、はずみ車(23)を備える請求項8または9記載の波力発電システム。
- 前記支持構造は、当該支持構造の垂直梁に可動的に固定された少なくとも1本の水平支持梁を含み、少なくとも1本の前記水平梁は前記運動変換装置、前記発電機および前記伝達部材を支持しており、少なくとも1本の前記水平梁は移動することにより前記運動変換装置、前記発電機および前記伝達部材の間の相対的配置を維持する請求項1記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも1本の前記水平梁は、前記伝達部材の可能な長さを最短とするために、当該システムが動作する際に垂直に移動する請求項12記載の波力発電システム。
- 少なくとも2個の浮動体を備える請求項1から13のいずれか1項記載の波力発電システム。
- 複数の浮動体を備え、
前記複数の浮動体は、当該システムが水域に配置された時に到来波正面に対して垂直に対向するような構成となるように、前記複数の浮動体の配列構成の少なくとも1つの側面が平坦な表面となるような相互関係の形状で製造された請求項1から13のいずれか1項記載の波力発電システム。
