Claims (9)
- 水域の波動から電気エネルギーを生成することを目的とする装置であって、前記装置は、少なくとも1つの作動ユニット(10b)を備えており、
前記作動ユニット(10b)は、基本的に交互の直線運動を行う制御要素の運動に応答して、単一方向に回転し、少なくとも1つの動力生成器を継続して駆動することを目的として設けられた歯車装置を含んでおり、
前記制御要素の一方が水面に置かれた少なくとも1つの浮動体すなわちブイに接続され、他方が前記浮動体すなわちブイが波形をたどるように、均衡させるもしくは張力をかける、あるいは均衡させるとともに張力をかける部材に接続されているか、もしくは、前記装置自体が、水面に配置され波動をたどる浮動体に搭載されており、
前記作動ユニット(10b)が、
前記制御要素(15b)に係合され前記制御要素(15b)によって回転させられる駆動輪(13b)をしっかりと担持する少なくとも1本の駆動シャフト(11b)、
単一方向駆動機構(20b)を介して前記駆動シャフト(11b)によって駆動され、それぞれが少なくとも1つの動力生成器に接続することができる少なくとも2本の被駆動シャフト(21b、22b)、
前記駆動シャフト(11b)の両端部にあり、各々の前記被駆動シャフト(21b、22b)に各々が接続される2つの前記歯付きの被駆動輪(18b、19b)、
前記歯付きの被駆動輪(18b、19b)の各々を前記駆動シャフト(11b)に接続し、前記制御要素(15b)によって生じる前記駆動シャフトの回転を、前記歯付きの被駆動輪(18b、19b)に伝える前記単一方向駆動機構(20b)、および、
前記歯付きの被駆動輪(18b、19b)と噛み合うクラウン歯車(50)を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 各々の前記作動ユニット(10b)の前記駆動輪(13b)が歯付きの車輪または滑車であり、前記制御要素(15b)が歯付きベルト、鎖、ロープまたはケーブルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記単一方向駆動機構(20b)が、前記駆動シャフト(11b)と各々の前記歯付きの被駆動輪(18b、19b)の間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記単一方向駆動機構(20b)が単一方向軸受またはフリーホイールであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記作動ユニット(10b)を密閉されたクランクケースまたはケーシングの中に入れることができる、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 陸上に設置することを目的として設けられ、少なくとも1つの浮動体が水面の上下動によって上下動することで波動をたどり、前記制御要素の一方の分岐に接続されるのに対して、前記制御要素の他方の分岐には井戸状のくぼみへと誘導される釣合おもりが固定される、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 水面に配置され波動をたどる浮動体に搭載して設置することを目的として設けられ、前記制御要素(15b)の一方の分岐が固定式のブロックに装着されるのに対して、前記制御要素(15b)の他方の分岐が、前記均衡させるもしくは張力をかける、あるいは均衡させるとともに張力をかける部材に接続される、請求項の1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 固定式のブロックに固定された一定の深さのブイに搭載されて設置することを目的として設けられ、前記制御要素(15b)の一方の分岐が水面に配置され波動をたどる浮動体に接続されるのに対して、前記制御要素(15b)の他方の分岐の端部には、前記均衡させるもしくは張力をかける、あるいは均衡させるとともに張力をかける部材が接続される、請求項の1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 水中の固定式ブロックに設置することを目的として設けられ、前記制御要素(15b)の一方の分岐が波動をたどる水面のケーシング本体に接続されるのに対して、前記制御要素(15b)の他方の分岐が一定の深さの均衡させるブイに接続される、請求項の1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
