(C)ネオニコチノイド系〔例えば、イミダクロプリド、アセタミプリド、クロチアニジン、チアクロプリド、チアメトキサム、イミダクロチズ、ニテンピラム、ジノテフラン及び1−[(2−クロロ−5−チアゾリル)メチル]テトラヒドロ−3,5−ジメチル−N−ニトロ−1,3,5−トリアジン−2(1H)−イミン〕からなる群から選択されるさらなる殺虫活性化合物
を含んでいる活性化合物組合せを提供する。
(1) バシルス・ツリンギエンシス(Bacillus thuringiensis)に由来する殺虫性結晶タンパク質又はその殺虫活性を示す一部分、例えば、クリックモアら「Crickmore et al., Microbiology and Molecular Biology Reviews (1998), 62, 807−813」によって記載され、クリックモアら「Crickmore et al. (2005)」によって、オンライン「http://www.lifesci.sussex.ac.uk/Home/Neil_Crickmore/Bt/」上で「バシルス・ツリンギエンシス(Bacillus thuringiensis)毒素命名法」において更新された殺虫性結晶タンパク質又はその殺虫活性を示す一部分、例えば、Cryタンパク質類(Cry1Ab、Cry1Ac、Cry1F、Cry2Ab、Cry3Aa、又は、Cry3Bb)のタンパク質又はその殺虫活性を示す一部分;又は、
(2) バシルス・ツリンギエンシス(Bacillus thuringiensis)に由来する第2の別の結晶タンパク質又はその一部分の存在下において殺虫活性を示す、バシルス・ツリンギエンシス(Bacillus thuringiensis)に由来する結晶タンパク質又はその一部分、例えば、Cry34結晶タンパク質とCry35結晶タンパク質で構成されているバイナリートキシン;又は、
(3) バシルス・ツリンギエンシス(Bacillus thuringiensis)に由来する種々の殺虫性結晶タンパク質の一部分を含んでいる殺虫性ハイブリッドタンパク質、例えば、上記(1)のタンパク質のハイブリッド、又は、上記(2)のタンパク質のハイブリッド、例えば、トウモロコシイベントMON98034で産生されるCry1A.105タンパク質;又は、
(4) 上記(1)〜(3)のいずれか1つのタンパク質において、標的昆虫種に対するさらに強い殺虫活性を得るために、及び/又は、影響を受ける標的昆虫種の範囲を拡大するために、及び/又は、クローニング若しくは形質転換に際してコード化DNA中に導入された変化に起因して、幾つかのアミノ酸(特に、1〜10のアミノ酸)が別のアミノ酸で置き換えられていているもの、例えば、トウモロコシイベントMON863若しくはMON88017におけるCry3Bb1タンパク質又はトウモロコシイベントMIR604におけるCry3Aタンパク質;又は、
(5) バシルス・ツリンギエンシス(Bacillus thuringiensis)又はバシルス・セレウス(Bacillus cereus)に由来する殺虫性分泌タンパク質又はその殺虫活性を示す一部分、例えば、「http://www.lifesci.sussex.ac.uk/home/Neil_Crickmore/Bt/vip.html」において挙げられている栄養生長期殺虫性タンパク質(vegetative insecticidal protein)(VIP)、例えば、VIP3Aaタンパク質類のタンパク質;又は、

(7) バシルス・ツリンギエンシス(Bacillus thuringiensis)又はバシルス・セレウス(Bacillus cereus)に由来する種々の分泌タンパク質の一部分を含んでいる殺虫性ハイブリッドタンパク質、例えば、上記(1)のタンパク質のハイブリッド、又は、上記(2)のタンパク質のハイブリッド;又は、
(8) 上記(1)〜(3)のいずれか1つのタンパク質において、標的昆虫種に対するさらに強い殺虫活性を得るために、及び/又は、影響を受ける標的昆虫種の範囲を拡大するために、及び/又は、クローニング若しくは形質転換に際してコード化DNA中に導入された変化(それでも、まだ、殺虫性タンパク質をコードしている)に起因して、幾つかのアミノ酸(特に、1〜10のアミノ酸)が別のアミノ酸で置き換えられていているもの、例えば、ワタイベントCOT102におけるVIP3Aaタンパク質。
(a) 植物細胞内又は植物内におけるポリ(ADP−リボース)ポリメラーゼ(PARP)遺伝子の発現及び/又は活性を低減させることが可能な導入遺伝子を含んでいる植物;
(b) 植物又は植物細胞のPARGコード化遺伝子の発現及び/又は活性を低減させることが可能なストレス耐性を強化する導入遺伝子を含んでいる植物;
(c) ニコチンアミダーゼ、ニコチン酸ホスホリボシルトランスフェラーゼ、ニコチン酸モノヌクレオチドアデニルトランスフェラーゼ、ニコチンアミドアデニンジヌクレオチドシンテターゼ又はニコチンアミドホスホリボシルトランスフェラーゼを包含するニコチンアミドアデニンジヌクレオチドサルベージ生合成経路の植物機能性酵素(plant−functional enzyme)をコードするストレス耐性を強化する導入遺伝子を含んでいる植物。
(1) 野生型の植物細胞又は植物において合成された澱粉と比較して、その物理化学的特性〔特に、アミロース含有量若しくはアミロース/アミロペクチン比、枝分かれ度、平均鎖長、側鎖分布、粘性挙動、ゲル化強度(gelling strength)、澱粉粒径及び/又は澱粉粒子形態〕が変えられていて、特定の用途により適した変性澱粉を合成するトランスジェニック植物;
(2) 非澱粉炭水化物ポリマーを合成するか又は遺伝子組換えがなされていない野生型植物と比較して改変された特性を有する非澱粉炭水化物ポリマーを合成するトランスジェニック植物。その例は、ポリフルクトース(特に、イヌリン型及びレバン型のポリフルクトース)を産生する植物、α−1,4−グルカン類を産生する植物、α−1,6−分枝 α−1,4−グルカン類を産生する植物、及び、アルテルナンを産生する植物である;
(3) ヒアルロナンを産生するトランスジェニック植物。

Yは、定められた薬量n(g/ha)の化合物(B)について観察された効力であり;
Eは、定められた薬量m及びn(g/ha)の化合物(A)と化合物(B)を合わせたものについて観察された効力である;
とした場合、Colbyの式は、以下に示されているように定義することができる:

2種類の化合物の所与の組合せに対して期待される効力は、以下のように計算される(「Colby,S.R., “Calculating Synergistic and antagonistic Responses of Herbicide Combinations”, Weeds 15, pp.20−22, 1967」を参照されたい)。
Yは、n(ppm)又はn(g/ha)の濃度の被験化合物(B)について、未処理対照の%死虫率で表した効力であり;
Zは、o(ppm)又はo(g/ha)の濃度の被験化合物(C)について、未処理対照の%死虫率で表した効力であり;
Eは、(A)と(B)と(C)の混合物をそれぞれm、n及びo(ppm)又はm、n及びo(g/ha)で用いた場合の、未処理対照の%死虫率で表した効力である;

溶媒: 7重量部のジメチルホルムアミド
乳化剤: 2重量部のアルキルアリールポリグリコールエーテル
活性化合物の適切な調製物を調製するために、1重量部の活性化合物を上記量の溶媒及び乳化剤と混合し、得られた濃厚物を乳化剤を含有している水で稀釈して、所望の濃度とする。
ファエドン・コクレアリアエ(Phaedon cochleariae)試験
溶媒: 7重量部のジメチルホルムアミド
乳化剤: 2重量部のアルキルアリールポリグリコールエーテル
活性化合物の適切な調製物を調製するために、1重量部の活性化合物を上記量の溶媒及び乳化剤と混合し、得られた濃厚物を乳化剤を含有している水で稀釈して、所望の濃度とする。
Yは、活性化合物(B)をn(g/ha)の活性化合物の施用量で施用したときの効力であり;
Eは、活性化合物(A)及び活性化合物(B)をm及びn(g/ha)の活性化合物の施用量で施用したときの期待される効力である;
とした場合、

ブルメリア(Blumeria)試験(オオムギ)/SAR 5d
溶媒: 50重量部のN,N−ジメチルアセトアミド
乳化剤: 1重量部のアルキルアリールポリグリコールエーテル
活性化合物の適切な調製物を調製するために、1重量部の活性化合物又は活性化合物組合せを上記量の溶媒及び乳化剤と混合し、得られた濃厚物を水で希釈して、所望の濃度とする。
Claims (12)
- 活性成分として
(A)イソチアニル;
及び、
(B)さらなる殺虫活性化合物フルベンジアミド;
のみを含んでいる、殺菌性及び/又は殺虫性組成物。 - 化合物(A)と化合物(B)の間の重量比が1:125〜125:1である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- さらに、アジュバント、溶媒、担体、界面活性剤又は増量剤を含んでいる、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 植物病原性の菌類及び/若しくは微生物並びに/又は植物若しくは作物の害虫を治療的又は予防的に防除する方法であって、種子、植物繁殖器官、植物若しくは植物の果実に対して施用することにより、又は、植物が生育している土壌若しくは植物を栽培するのが望ましい土壌に対して施用することにより、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌性及び/又は殺虫性組成物を使用することを含む、前記方法。
- 植物病原性の菌類及び/若しくは微生物並びに/又は植物若しくは作物の害虫を治療的又は予防的に防除する方法であって、種子、植物繁殖器官、植物若しくは植物の果実に対して、又は、植物が生育している土壌若しくは植物を栽培するのが望ましい土壌に対して、請求項1に記載の化合物(A)及び化合物(B)を同時に又は順次に施用することを含む、前記方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の量が、茎葉処理及び土壌処理に関しては、0.1g/ha〜10kg/haであり、種子処理に関しては、種子100kg当たり2〜200gである、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 種子を処理するための、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
- トランスジェニック種子を処理するための、請求項7に記載の使用。
- 種子及び/又は種子から生長した植物の苗条及び茎葉を害虫又は菌類による損傷から保護する方法であって、播かれていない種子を請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物で処理することを含む、前記方法。
- 前記種子を化合物(A)及び化合物(B)で同時に処理する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 種子及び/又は種子から生長した植物の苗条及び茎葉を害虫又は菌類による損傷から保護する方法であって、播かれていない種子を請求項1に記載の化合物(A)及び化合物(B)で別々に処理することを含む、前記方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物で処理された種子。
