Description
Claims (5)
- 被検体の体軸を含む一部分を少なくとも含んだ3次元領域における灌流の経時的変化を表した医用画像データを記憶する記憶手段と、
前記灌流の第1の特徴値の前記体軸に沿ったコロナルスライスに関する分布を解析する第1の解析手段と、
前記コロナルスライス内で前記体軸に直交した複数の直線上での前記体軸を挟んだ両側での前記第1の特徴値どうしの差分値をそれぞれ算出する算出手段と、
前記算出手段で算出される複数の差分値のうちの最大値が算出された前記直線の位置で前記コロナルスライスに直交するアキシャルスライスに関して、前記第1の特徴値の分布および前記第1の特徴値とは異なる1種類または複数種類の第2の特徴値の分布の少なくとも一方を解析する第2の解析手段とを具備したことを特徴とする医用画像処理装置。 - 前記第2の解析手段は、前記アキシャルスライスに関する前記分布の解析を終了したのちに、前記アキシャルスライスに平行し、かつ前記アキシャルスライスとは異なる1つまたは複数の第3のスライスに関して、前記第1の特徴値の分布および前記第1の特徴値とは異なる1種類または複数種類の第2の特徴値の分布の少なくとも一方を解析することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記第2の解析手段で解析された前記特徴値の分布を表した画像を生成する生成手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記第1の特徴値は、前記医用画像データにおける画素値がピーク値に到達するまでの基準時点からの経過時間、前記画素値が前記ピーク値よりも小さな既定値まで上昇するまでの前記基準時点からの経過時間、前記ピーク値の大きさ、前記灌流の量および前記灌流の平均通過時間のうちのいずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 被検体の体軸を含む一部分を少なくとも含んだ3次元領域における血液中の造影剤濃度の経時的変化を表した医用画像データを記憶する記憶手段と、
前記造影剤濃度がピーク値に到達するまでの基準時点からの経過時間の分布を1つのコロナルスライスに関して表したコロナル画像を生成するコロナル画像生成手段と、
前記コロナル画像内で前記体軸に直交した直線上での前記体軸を挟んだ両側での前記経過時間どうしの差分値を算出する算出手段と、
前記算出手段で算出される複数の差分値のうちの最大値が算出された前記直線の位置に相当するアキシャルスライスに関して、前記血液の流量、前記血液の量、ならびに前記血液の平均通過時間のうちの1つの分布を表したアキシャル画像を生成するか、あるいは前記血液の流量、前記血液の量、ならびに前記血液の平均通過時間のうちの少なくとも2つの分布をそれぞれ表した少なくとも2つのアキシャル画像を生成するアキシャル画像生成手段とを具備したことを特徴とする医用画像処理装置。
