Claims (13)
- 2つの隣接するターボ機械羽根のプラットフォームの下面と羽根が取り付けられるロータディスクのリムとの間に収容されるように設計されたターボ機械羽根ダンパであって、前記ダンパが、錘と、前記リム上に担持されるように形状付けられた支持板と、錘をプラットフォームの前記下面に対して押し付けるように作用するばねとを備えており、ばねが、錘と支持板とを接続するように該錘と該支持板との間に介在しており、少なくとも錘が複合材料から作られている、ターボ機械羽根ダンパ。
- 錘が、プラットフォームと接触する表面部分を備え、前記表面部分は、ばねが静止しているとき、支持板に対して90°未満の角度を形成し、前記角度は、プラットフォームの内面とリムとの間の角度によって決定される、請求項1に記載のダンパ。
- ばねが、一端で錘に連結され、その他端で支持板に連結されるばね板である、請求項1または2に記載のダンパ。
- 材料が、含浸織物からなる、請求項3に記載のダンパ。
- 錘が、その密度が含浸材料の密度とは異なり、ダンパの所望の密度に基づいて決定される少なくとも1つのインサートを備える、請求項4に記載のダンパ。
- インサートが、金属構造または気泡体構造からなる、請求項5に記載のダンパ。
- 支持板または錘の少なくとも1つの自由端に、ストッパまたは固定フックを形成するばね板部分を備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のダンパ。
- 取り付けられるロータのリバランスを必要とすることなく、ダンパが交換可能であるように錘の質量が調整される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のダンパ。
- ばね側に前記錘から続く第2の錘を備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のダンパ。
- 個別のセルおよびセルに収容される根元部を備える羽根を有するリム、エアフォイル、根元部とエアフォイルとの間のプラットフォームを備え、請求項1から9のいずれか一項で記載されたダンパが、リムと2つの隣接する羽根の2つのプラットフォームとの間の空間に収容される、ターボ機械ロータ。
- ダンパのばねが、嵌合中にプレストレスがかけられる、請求項10に記載のターボ機械ロータ。
- 請求項10または請求項11に記載のロータを備える、ガスタービンエンジン用の圧縮機。
- 請求項10または請求項11に記載のロータを備える、ガスタービンエンジン。
