Description
−シムは、3より大きい奇数の層で、硬質材料製層と交互に続く粘弾性材料製層のアセンブリからなり、最外層は硬質材料製である。
−粘弾性材料の特性は層によって異なる。
−硬質材料の特性は層によって異なる。
−シム底部は、側方分岐部の硬質材料製層の1つと一体構造をなす。
−シムは、折り目によって互いに分割された3つの連続セグメントからなる平面部品から得られ、シム底部を形成するセグメントは側方分岐部を形成する2つのセグメントの間に位置決めされる。
−ファンを備えるガスタービンエンジンのファン段のディスクは、上述した振動減衰装置を備える。
−プロップファンエンジンのアンダクテッドファンを担持する少なくとも1つの段のディスクは、上述した振動減衰装置を備える。
Claims (9)
- エアフォイル(5)および、ブレード付きロータを支持するディスク(1)内のキャビティ(2)に挿入可能なブレードルート(6)を備えるターボ機械ブレード用の振動減衰装置にして、前記装置が、前記ブレードルートと前記ルート保持キャビティの壁(14a、14b)との間で、ブレードルート(6)とキャビティ(2)との間の動作時に生じる接触領域に位置決めされることができ、硬質材料製層(8、10)と粘弾性材料製層(9)とのアセンブリからなる少なくとも1つのシム(7)を備え、少なくとも1つの粘弾性材料製層(9)が、2つの硬質材料製層(8、10)の間に位置決めされ、シム(7)は、各々が2つの保持壁(14a、14b)の一方に沿って挿入されることができる側方分岐部(7a、7b)を形成する2つの部分を備え、2つの側方分岐部が、シム底部を形成する硬質材料製の第3の部分(7c)によって一体部品を形成するように結合される振動減衰装置であって、前記シム底部が、取り付けた後にブレードルート(6)の上流側端部または下流側端部にくるように、側方分岐部(7a、7b)に対して位置決めされることを特徴とする、振動減衰装置。
- シム(7)が、3より大きい奇数の層で、硬質材料製層と交互に続く粘弾性材料製層(9)のアセンブリからなり、最外層(8、10)が硬質材料製である、請求項1に記載の振動減衰装置。
- 粘弾性材料の特性が層によって異なる、請求項2に記載の振動減衰装置。
- 硬質材料の特性が層によって異なる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の振動減衰装置。
- シム底部(7c)が、側方分岐部(7a、7b)の硬質材料製層(8、10)の1つと一体構造をなす、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の振動減衰装置。
- シム(7)が、折り目(11、12)によって互いに分割された3つの連続セグメントからなる平面部品から得られ、シム底部(7c)を形成するセグメントが側方分岐部(7a、7b)を形成する2つのセグメントの間に位置決めされる、請求項5に記載の振動減衰装置。
- ブレード付きロータを支持する少なくとも1つのディスク(1)を備えるターボ機械であって、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の振動減衰装置の挿入を介して、ブレードルート(6)がディスク(1)のキャビティ(2)に挿入されるターボ機械。
- ファンを備えるガスタービンエンジンであって、ファン段のディスク(1)が請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置を備えた、ガスタービンエンジン。
- アンダクテッドファンを担持する少なくとも1つの段のディスク(1)が、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置を備えた、プロップファンエンジン。
