Description
Claims (12)
- 車両の走行状況を示すトラフィック状態の情報を収集するトラフィック感知システムであって、
セル方式通信装置を備えた可搬型トラフィック感知装置から、前記トラフィック状態の情報を含むトラフィックレポートを受信し、当該受信されたトラフィックレポートから前記トラフィック状態を識別するトラフィック感知サーバと、
前記トラフィック感知サーバに前記トラフィックレポートを送信する複数の可搬型トラフィック感知装置であって、各可般型トラフィック感知装置は車両によって搬送されており、
加速度データを提供する3軸加速計、
前記3軸加速計の向きを判別するコンポーネントであって、前記3軸加速計が前記車両内で任意に配向されている前記可搬型トラフィック感知装置内にあっても、前記車両の制動力によって示される前記車両の走行方向、及び重力によって示される前記重力の方向に基づいて前記3軸加速計の向きを判別する、前記3軸加速計の向きを判別するコンポーネント、
前記加速度データをサンプリングするコンポーネント、並びに
当該加速度データのサンプルを収集し、前記トラフィックレポートを生成するコンポーネント
を含む可搬型トラフィック感知装置と
を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記3軸加速計の向きを判別するコンポーネントは、前記3軸加速計の事前回転角と、傾斜角と、前記重力及び制動力に基づいた事後回転角とを算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトラフィック感知システム。
- 前記3軸加速計は、基準方向Xが可搬型トラフィック感知装置を搬送している車両の前方向に沿い、Yが前記車両の側方向に沿い、Zが垂直下方向であるように、仮想的に再配向されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のトラフィック感知システム。
- 前記可搬型トラフィック感知装置は、当該装置自身を搬送している車両が現在制動中であるか否かについて検出するコンポーネントを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトラフィック感知システム。
- 前記可搬型トラフィック感知装置は、当該可搬型トラフィック感知装置を搬送している車両が制動しているか否かを、加速計読み取り上の変化に基づいて検出することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のトラフィック感知システム。
- 前記可搬型トラフィック感知装置は、当該装置近くの周囲音をサンプリングするマイクロホンと、前記周囲音のサンプリングに基づいて警笛が鳴動しているか否かを検出するコンポーネントとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトラフィック感知システム。
- 前記警笛が鳴動しているか否かを検出するコンポーネントは、前記周囲音のサンプルの周波数スペクトルを生成し、警笛鳴動に関連する特性周波数内に1つのピークを含む複数のピークを検出することに基づいて、検出することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のトラフィック感知システム。
- 前記可搬型トラフィック感知装置は、当該装置を搬送している車両が道路の窪みに遭遇したか否かを検出するコンポーネントを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトラフィック感知システム。
- 前記車両が道路の窪みに遭遇したか否かを検出する前記コンポーネントは、前記車両が低速度閾値より速く走行しているときに、加速計サンプルの垂直方向におけるスパイクをチェックすることよって、並びに、前記車両が前記低速度閾値より遅く走行しているときに、前記加速計サンプルの持続性ディップをチェックすることによって、当該遭遇したか否かを検出することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のトラフィック感知システム。
- 前記可搬型トラフィック感知装置は、車両又は歩行者に当該装置が搬送されているか否かを検出するコンポーネントを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトラフィック感知システム。
- 前記可搬型トラフィック感知装置は、セル送信機から信号を受信し、前記セル方式送信機の伝送範囲を表す複数の凸包の交差点を前記装置の場所として判別するコンポーネントを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトラフィック感知システム。
- 車両の走行状況を示すトラフィック状態の情報を収集するトラフィック感知システムであって、
セル方式電話を備えた可搬型トラフィック感知装置から、前記トラフィック状態の情報を含むトラフィックレポートを受信し、当該受信されたトラフィックレポートから前記トラフィック状態を識別するトラフィック感知サーバと、
複数の可搬型トラフィック感知装置であって、各可搬型トラフィック関知装置は車両によって搬送されており、
全地球測位システム(GPS)装置であって、GPSデータを提供する装置、
加速度データを提供する3軸加速計、並びに
トラフィックレポートを生成且つ送信するコンポーネント群であって、
前記3軸加速計の向きを判別するコンポーネントであって、前記3軸加速計が前記車両内で任意に配向されている前記可搬型トラフィック感知装置内にあっても、前記車両の制動力によって示される前記車両の走行方向、及び重力によって示される前記重力の方向に基づいて前記3軸加速計の向きを判別する、前記3軸加速計の向きを判別するコンポーネントと、
前記3軸加速計の加速度データ及び前記全地球測位システム装置のGPSデータをサンプリングするコンポーネントと、
前記加速度データ及び前記GPSデータのサンプルを収集し、前記トラフィックレポートを生成するコンポーネントと、
からなるコンポーネント群
を含む可搬型トラフィック感知装置と
を含むことを特徴とするトラフィック感知システム。
