Claims (8)
- 複数の中空糸膜と、前記複数の中空糸膜の上部を束ね開口的に固定する中空糸膜固定部材と、前記複数の中空糸膜の下部を束ね閉塞的に固定する中空糸膜閉塞部材と、前記中空糸膜固定部材と液密に係合され、集水口と外周に形成された溝とを有する集水キャップと、を有する中空糸膜エレメントと、中空糸膜エレメント支持体であって、中空糸膜エレメントとの係合部に複数本の平行な支持梁を有する中空糸膜エレメント用フレームと、を含む膜濾過装置であって、前記中空糸膜エレメントの前記溝が、前記中空糸膜エレメント用フレームの前記支持梁に係合している濾過膜装置。
- 前記集水キャップと液密に係合された筒状容器をさらに有し、前記中空糸膜固定部材は前記筒状容器の内壁と液密に係合されている請求項1に記載の濾過膜装置。
- 前記溝は、前記集水キャップの外周上の複数箇所に、もしくは、外周上の全てに設けられている請求項1または2に記載の濾過膜装置。
- 前記溝は、前記集水キャップの水平方向の断面における任意の中線に対し、線対称の位置に設けられている請求項3に記載の濾過膜装置。
- 前記溝が前記中空糸膜エレメントにおいて2箇所設けられている請求項4に記載の濾過膜装置。
- 前記中空糸膜エレメント用フレームにおいて、前記中空糸膜エレメントの下部の位置に散気管を有する請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の濾過膜装置。
- 前記複数本の平行な支持梁のうち、両端に位置する支持梁を除く全ての支持梁において、2つの前記中空糸膜エレメントが、支持梁の長手方向に直交する方向に位置して係合された請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の濾過膜装置。
- 前記支持梁のそれぞれにおいて、前記中空糸膜エレメントが支持梁の長手方向に2つずつ位置して係合された請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の濾過膜装置。
